Beautiful, Forward-thinking, and Strange Beers…

Cask:  Debbie Shebbie Imp. Brown Ale conditioned on Trinidad Scorpion peppers!

SaisonHands: Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.

-Notes of lemon zest, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.

Manananggal: Pear Gose. 6.2% Brewed with wheat and sea salt. Fermented first with naturally occurring lactobacillus and then with our house Saison yeast.  Conditioned atop a copious amount of Bartlett pear purée. Autumnal and savory!

-Notes of lemon zest, ripe pears, brackish earth, lychee fruit, and fresh bread.

Pope Lick Monster: Imperial Porter. 8.5% The first in this year’s Halloween Cryptozoology series! Brewed with oats and a plethora of specialty malts. Lush!

-Notes of baker’s chocolate, marshmallow, Nutella, marzipan, and molasses.

Cyclical Paranoia: Mahogany-hued Saison. 6.0% Fermented with a mélange of yeast and bacteria. Very vinous and autumnal with a beautiful balancing acidity.

-Notes of fall foliage, plum skins, spicy rye, citrus zest, Pinot Noir, and oak.

HopHands: Our Exceedingly Aromatic Pale Ale. 4.8% Brewed with oats. Hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial. Juicy and refreshing. Crush it.

-Notes of kiwi, clementines, lemon drops, chalky earth, and pine resin.

Oktüberfest: Sweet Potato Fest Bier. 6.1%  Brewed with a whole lot of Lancaster County sweet potatoes and a variety of high-dried malt. Hopped with Cascade. Fermented at cool temperatures with our house ale yeast. Sehr Gut Yam Bier!

-Notes of sweet potato, fresh baked bread, toffee, earthy hops, and the Fall.

Mind Meet Mind: Coffee IPA.  6.0%  Brewed with wheat. Hopped intensely with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra. Conditioned on our Awake Minds coffee roasted for us by our pals at Reanimator. The perfect symbiosis of bean and hop.

-Notes of nectarine, earthy Meyer lemon, pineapple, pink raspberry, and coffee.

Can’t Keep Up 10: Blended Sour Saison. 5.8%  A reactionary blend of some of our favorite well-aged sour and funky Saison. This blend is very bright and tea-like.

-Notes of watermelon, Rooibos tea, cedar, ripe red raspberry, and a touch of mint.
