Beautiful, Forward-thinking, and Strange Beers…

Cask: HopHands double dry hopped with Motueka. CITRUS HEAVEN!

Single Hop Saison, Galaxy: Single Hop Galaxy Saison. 5.0% Brewed with oats. Hopped exclusively with Australian Galaxy. The perfect Spring-time crusher.

-Notes of pink grapefruit, green pepper, chambourcin grape, and peach.

Station: Honey IPA. 5.8% Brewed yearly to celebrate the anniversary of Station Taproom in Downingtown, PA. Brewed with Pa wildflower honey. Hopped exclusively and intensely with Simcoe.

-Notes of peach, mango, pine sap, slight toffee, honeysuckle, and longevity.

Perfectly Preserved Brain: Smoked Barleywine. 8.2% Brewed with a plethora  of specialty malt including a good portion of cherry wood smoked Brewer’s malt. Gently hopped. Drink some to preserve your precious brain!

-Notes of caramel, red candied apple, lush smoke, fresh bread, and earth.

Beautiful Crystalline Structure: Honey Saison. 6.6 % Brewed with red winter wheat and Pa wildflower honey. Well hopped with Centennial. Zippy and hoppy… The perfect Saison for this beautiful Spring weather!

-Notes of black pepper, lemon zest, honeysuckle, melon, and damp earth.

HopHands: Our Exceedingly Aromatic Pale Ale. 4.8% Brewed with oats and hopped with a blend of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial.

-Notes of  lush citrus, fresh cut grass, under-ripe kiwi, and slight pineapple.

SaisonHands: Four-Grain Saison. 4.8%. Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our forever beer. Delicate & subtle.

-Notes of lemon zest, barnyard, hay, and crushed black pepper.

Everything Was Beautiful and Nothing Hurt: Black Coffee Saison. 6.6% Brewed with oats and de-bittered black wheat. Dry-hopped with Simcoe. Conditioned on One Village espresso. Literally, a literary treat.

-Notes of earth, mango jam, grass, roasty espresso, and pine.

Such Passion: Passion Fruit IPA. 7.5% Brewed with a bit of wheat. Hopped exclusively and intensely with Simcoe. Conditioned on heaps of Passion Fruit purée. Think MagoTago, but WAY more Passionate.

-Notes of ripe peach, honey, passion fruit, pine sap, green grass, and dank.
