Romulon is a very nice blend of wine barrel fermented Saison and fresh Saison. I have been working on this blend since we opened.

A few notes on this Sunday’s ArtiSnale and TLTSOOTHIYH release.
In response to the considerable requests for additional information that we have received regarding Sunday’s bottle release, we present to you the following:
This upcoming Sunday, April 7th, we will be releasing bottles of ArtiSnale (collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal and Teresa’s Next Door. Aged six months in the bottle. 8% abv), counter-pressure filled 1L growlers of The Light That Spills Out Of The Hole In Your Head (Pale ale/IPA brewed with the zest and juice from 70lbs of clementines and hopped with a blend of our favorite American and New Zealand varietals. This batch came in at 6% abv.), AND The Light That Spills Out Of The Hole In Your Head on draft.
There are 152 bottles of ArtiSnale available. The bottle limit is 1 per person. $12 per bottle.
There are 60 counter-pressure filled growlers of TLTSOOTHIYH available. These growlers come with a cool hand-stamped tag to differentiate them from their non-counter pressure filled counter parts. The limit on the COUNTER PRESSURE filled growlers is 2 per person. $16/1L growler.
***Please be advised that the ArtiSnale bottles AS WELL AS THE counter pressure filled growlers of TLTSOOTHIYH will only be available to those who come in through the side door. If there is a line, you will have to be patient. Many thanks in advance for your patience!***
Growler fills of the TLTSOOTHIYH will also be available. The fills will cost $11 for a 1L and $20 for a 64oz. As always, both growler formats cost $5 for the glass.
We have a limited edition run of TLTSOOTHIYH t-shirts (55 were made). These shirts are awesome and cost $20. Sizes range from Small to Extra Large.
If you plan to come early to hang out for a bit before we open, rest assured that we will be providing some refreshments. As a special treat this time around, Mike Lorenz (our house jazz guru) will be playing some “strolling jazz” to those who are waiting in line. Westy13 Information
I never thought I’d see this day… After a four month fermentation/conditioning period in stainless steel, we are transferring Westy13 to the serving tank! We have decided to put this very elegant 13% dark Saison on tap and only bottle about one or two barrels worth. This decision was made in an attempt to satisfy the intense interest put forth by our local community surrounding this very intriguing beer. We will tap Westy13 on 11/20/2012 at the café. There should be plenty of bottles of Westy13 available for sale by the end of December. Thank you all for your patience… It will soon be rewarded.
R5 PUB CRAWL
Join us this upcoming Saturday, the 20th for the highly anticipated R5 PUBCRAWL! The fun will begin at Station Taproom at 12:00pm. Then its off to Teresa’s Cafe & Next Door Bar, Tired Hands, and then Monk’s! Each stop will feature a variation of our collaborative R5 Saison plus other goodies. You will be responsible for all train fare.
