Beautiful, Forward-thinking, and Strange Beers…

Cask:  Here Lies double dry hopped with Cascade. You still won’t drink it because it is only 2.5%abv.

Gose is my Copilot: Gose. 4.7% SOUR ale brewed with 50% wheat malt and sea salt. Spiced with lime juice & zest and fresh cilantro from Jean’s garden. Brewed with our great pal and amazing musician Dave Witte (Municipal Waste/Discordance Axis) and wonderful April Viar! Beautiful and refreshing.

-Notes of bright lime, coriander, sea air, fresh bread, apricot, and blast beats.

SaisonHands: Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8%. Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.

-Notes of lemon zest, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.

Boogie Board: Blended Saison. 5.2%. Brewed with spelt and Pa wildflower honey. Dry hopped with Cascade. Blended with mature (4 month old) Cabernet Franc barrel fermented Saison. Very zippy with a bracing acidity. Summer in a glass.

-Notes of Meyer lemons, tart pineapple, lemon verbena, wildflowers, and oak.

Pineal: IPA. 6.0% Brewed with oats and Pennsylvania wildflower honey. Transcendentally hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo. Peachy.

-Notes of mango jam, blueberries, grapefruit zest, resin, and meadow flowers.

Carpet on Your Heart: Rye IPA. 6.0% Brewed with red rye. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus. Very passionfruit/lime/pine drippy juicy.

-Notes of kiwi, passionfruit, guava, lime zest, pine needles, and dank.

Fool in the Full Moon: Coffee Wheat Porter. 6.0% Brewed with red wheat and a plethora of specialty malts. Gently hopped with Chinook. Conditioned on Foundation Roast from Reanimator Coffee. Lush and chewy.

-Notes of dark chocolate, freshly roasted coffee, green pepper, and marshmallow.

I am the Emptiness: Strawberry Saison. 7.0% The fifth iteration in our Emptiness series. This one will be served entirely on draft. I am the Emptiness is our orange/red-hued Saison fermented in local wine barrels with local strawberries grown by our pal Tom Culton at Culton Organics in Lancaster, Pa. Fermented with our house microflora and ambient microflora from Lancaster, Pa. I am the Emptiness, and that is fine by me.

-Notes of strawberry, lush oak, rhubarb, Meyer Lemon zest and Emptiness.

Here Lies: Hoppy Golden Bitter. 2.5% Brewed with a luscious amount of high-dried malt. Well hopped with Amarillo, Centennial, and Columbus. Crushable!

-Notes of pineapple, fresh baked bread, lemon zest, pine, and light toffee.
