Beautiful, Forward-thinking, and Strange Beers…

SaisonHands: Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.

-Notes of lemon zest, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.

Ekstra: Collaborative Saison. 6.6% Brewed with oats and spelt. Well hopped with Hallertau, Cascade, and Motueka. Brewed in collaboration with Pizzeria Beddia.

-Notes of meyer lemon, coniferous trees, flat leaf parsley, and mid-autumn earth.

GrassMan: Honey Double IPA. 8.7% Brewed with oats and fermented atop lots of PA wildflower honey. Hopped intensely with Nelson Sauvin and Citra. DANK!

-Notes of passion fruit, mango, grapefruit, honeysuckle, guava, and grass… man.

Cannibal Okt: Oktüberfest IPA. 6.2% Brewed with Lancaster County sweet potatoes. Hopped intensely with Citra and Simcoe. Fermented with our house ale yeast at cool temperatures.

-Notes of citrus rind, mango jelly, toast, fall foliage, and comforting sweet potato pie.

HopHands: Our Exceedingly Aromatic Pale Ale. 4.8% Brewed with oats. Hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial. Juicy and refreshing. Crush it.

-Notes of kiwi, clementines, lemon drops, chalky earth, and pine resin.

The Still-Beating Heart of the Hummingbird : Barrel Fermented Saison. 7.0% Fermented with a mélange of yeast and bacteria in Cabernet Franc barrels.

-Notes of tart watermelon, nectarine, papaya, vanilla-y oak, and musty citrus.

Mind Meet Mind: Coffee IPA.  6.0%  Brewed with wheat. Hopped intensely with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra. Conditioned on our Awake Minds coffee roasted for us by our pals at Reanimator. The perfect symbiosis of bean and hop.

-Notes of nectarine, earthy Meyer lemon, pineapple, pink raspberry, and coffee.

Funny Top Hat Serenade: Classical Progressive Saison. 7.0%  Brewed with wheat. Whirlpool hopped with Amarillo. Fermented with a blend of yeast and bacteria atop French oak chips. Very bright and tropical… Let it sing to you.

-Notes of ripe pineapple, juicy fruit, white pepper, fresh papaya, and pear.
