Beautiful, Forward-thinking, and Strange Beers…
Cask: Qualify IPA double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. PUNGENT!
Play Fast: Strong Coffee Habanero Stout. 7.2% Brewed with a plethora of specialty malts and oats. conditioned on house-smoked (maple wood) habaneros and locally roasted (Reanimator) coffee. Brewed with our good friend, beer wizard, and amazing musician, Dave Witte (Municipal Waste, Discordance Axis, Black Army Jacket, Human Remains, Burnt By The Sun, etc, etc).
- Notes of dense chocolate, earthy coffee, honey, burnt sugar, ephemeral smoke, and blast beats.
Silent Six: IPA. 6.5% Brewed with wheat. Hopped to hell and back with Citra, Amarillo, Nelson Sauvin. Named in honor of an enlightened conversation with our dear friend Scott Kerner, owner of Three Penny Taproom in Montpelier, Vt. Be sure to visit him and drink a bunch of good beer.
- Notes of earthy pineapple, guava, kumquat, grapefruit rind, green pepper, and white grape.
Pineal: Transcendental IPA. 6.0% Brewed with oats and a good amount of Pa wildflower honey. Meditatively hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo.
-Notes of mandarin orange, mango, blueberry, honeydew, and floral honey.
HopHands: Our Exceedingly Aromatic Pale Ale. 4.8% Brewed with oats and hopped with a blend of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial.
-Notes of lush citrus, fresh cut grass, under-ripe kiwi, and slight pineapple.
Au Pair Opossum: SOUR Lime IPA. 5.9% This beer underwent a primary fermentation with lactobacillus and a secondary fermentation with our magickal Saison yeast. Post fermentation, we added heaps of lime purée and a whole lot of dry hops. This beer is very hazy, but so is your head. It’s all GOOD!
-Notes of lime, vanilla, honeysuckle, pine resin, and peppery earth.
SaisonHands : Four-Grain Saison. 4.8%. Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our forever beer. Delicate & subtle.
-Notes of lemon zest, barnyard, hay, and crushed black pepper.
Qualify: Qualified IPA. 6. % Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Galaxy, Simcoe, and Chinook. Intensely soft and beautiful IPA. Anyone remember how cool Chinook is?!?
-Notes of tangerine, honeydew melon, pine sap, resin, mango, and dank stuff.
Glacier River: Traditional Ale. 6.3% Brewed with oats and corn. Gently hopped with Zythos. Traditionally fermented in oak barrels that once held Flemish Red for three weeks. Post fermentation, this beer was blended and conditioned in stainless steel. Surprisingly clean with a definitive rusticity!
-Notes of soft lemon, lush malt, cantaloupe, slight vanilla, and barnyard.

Enact Positive Change: Classico Modernist Saison.
Pineal: Transcendental IPA.
The Emptiness is Eternal: Wine barrel fermented hoppy Saison. Conditioned on persimmons from our Pal Tom Culton. 7% THERE ARE NO PLANS TO TAP THIS IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
So It Goes: A hearty Flemish Red fermented in a blend of our favorite barrels. 9-10%. THERE ARE NO PLANS TO TAP THIS IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
