I never thought I’d see this day… After a four month fermentation/conditioning period in stainless steel, we are transferring Westy13 to the serving tank! We have decided to put this very elegant 13% dark Saison on tap and only bottle about one or two barrels worth. This decision was made in an attempt to satisfy the intense interest put forth by our local community surrounding this very intriguing beer. We will tap Westy13 on 11/20/2012 at the café. There should be plenty of bottles of Westy13 available for sale by the end of December. Thank you all for your patience… It will soon be rewarded.
