Expo Job Description
Tired Hands Brewing Company is looking for a qualified person, to join our Front of House team as an Expo team member at our Philadelphia location. A Tired Hands Expo team member provides prompt and pleasant service, while offering extensive knowledge regarding Tired Hands beer and food as well as the processes involved with creating each. You must be able to multitask, and engage politely and professionally with both guests and coworkers. You are expected to keep your work area clean and organized, throughout the duration of each shift.
Manages all incoming tickets
Organizing by time on tickets
Prioritizing order importance
Assisting with kitchen organization and timing
Managing Food Delivery
Coordinating the delivery of items
Running items when available
Making sure all plates are you uniform and plated properly
Cleanliness of the plates from the top to the bottom
Disseminating food changes and availability of items to management
Clarifying special requests with servers
Assisting with kitchen calls between stations
Ability and willingness to treat others with dignity and respect, in an environment free of harassment and discrimination
Making sure station is clean and orderly
Organizing all plates coming from the dishroom and checking for cleanliness
Fully stocking to-go essentials
