Tired Hands Brewing Company is an employee-owned organization with 95 employees company-wide. Tired Hands invents beer, food and culture with a personal voice that constantly innovates, inspires and brings pleasure to thoughtful people who we welcome, educate and connect. We create the vocabulary of beer, define what beer can be, create new business models, generate excitement, learn from our craft and from our experiences. We engage with our local community, local businesses, farms, restaurants/bars, producers, charities and send our beer out to our local community. Our people are happy, connected, lifers whom we educate, open doors, and provide experiences to inspire. We are a close-knit team of people who are passionate organoleptic cartographers and value flexibility, creativity and innovation. We make beer, and it’s really fun.

Tired Hands has openings from time to time for thoughtful and attentive people. We offer competitive wages and benefits to eligible employees, such as paid time off, health insurance, paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, shift meals, and of course a beer at the end of the day. Tired Hands is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Diverse candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly in nontraditional roles.
