Cask: Saclo double dry hopped with EVEN MORE SIMCOE! Sim-WHOAH!

Single Hop Saison, Galaxy: Single Hop Galaxy Saison. 5.0% Brewed with oats. Hopped exclusively with Australian Galaxy. The perfect Spring-time crusher.

-Notes of pink grapefruit, green pepper, chambourcin grape, and peach.

Can’t Keep Up 2: Blended Sour Saison. 6.2% A blend of a number of our most favorite Saisons (some oak-aged) as well as a citrus Berliner-Weisse.   Brewed with love, blended under duress.

-Notes of lime zest, vanilla, herbaceous hops, guava, and lots of other good stuff

Sea of Green: Dank Double IPA. 7.6% Brewed with oats. Hazily hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Chinook, and Columbus. So devastatingly fresh and Dank. Happy HoliDAZE from our family to yours!

-Notes of grapefruit, chardonnay grape, potpourri, pine sap, and ripe mango.

EXTOL: Imperial Porter. 7.6% Brewed with oats and a plethora of specialty malts. Gently hopped. So Lush. Extol the virtues of EXTOL!

-Notes of fudge, earth, tobacco, bitter-sweet baker’s chocolate, and herbs .

HopHands: Our Exceedingly Aromatic Pale Ale. 4.8% Brewed with oats and hopped with a blend of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial.

-Notes of  lush citrus, fresh cut grass, under-ripe kiwi, and slight pineapple.

SaisonHands: Four-Grain Saison. 4.8%. Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our forever beer. Delicate & subtle.

-Notes of lemon zest, barnyard, hay, and crushed black pepper.

Everything Was Beautiful and Nothing Hurt: Black Coffee Saison. 6.6% Brewed with oats and de-bittered black wheat. Dry-hopped with Simcoe. Conditioned on One Village espresso. Literally, a literary treat.

-Notes of earth, mango jam, grass, roasty espresso, and pine.

Saclo: Imperial Wheat IPA. 8.3% Brewed with 35% wheat malt. Hopped intensely with Simcoe and gently with Centennial. Serious but Crushable.

-Notes of soft citrus, under-ripe melon, pine needles, and juicy fruit.

So It Goes: A hearty Flemish Red fermented in a blend of our favorite barrels. 9-10%. THERE ARE NO PLANS TO TAP THIS IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
