Beautiful, Forward-thinking, and Strange Beers…

Cask: Savage Gold conditioned on Savage Gold coffee! Intense. Stay Gold.

HopHands: Our American Pale Ale. 4.8% Brewed with oats. Hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial. Crushable, juicy, and refined. This is our everyday beer.

-Notes of tangelo, grapefruit, under-ripe kiwi, mango, and pine needles.

SaisonHands: Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8%. Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.

-Notes of lemon zest, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.

Boogie Board: Blended Saison. 5.2%. Brewed with spelt and Pa wildflower honey. Dry hopped with Cascade. Blended with mature (4 month old) Cabernet Franc barrel fermented Saison. Very zippy with a bracing acidity. Summer in a glass.

-Notes of Meyer lemons, tart pineapple, lemon verbena, wildflowers, and oak.

Pineal: IPA. 6.0% Brewed with oats and Pennsylvania wildflower honey. Transcendentally hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo. Peachy.

-Notes of mango jam, blueberries, grapefruit zest, resin, and meadow flowers.

Savage Gold: IPA. 5.2%   Brewed in collaboration with TOMBS (the band). Constructed with oats and wheat. Hopped intensely and aggressively with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc. Inspired by their great new album of the same name.

-Notes of gooseberries, lemon grass, kiwi, white grape, dank, and more dank.

Fool in the Full Moon: Coffee Wheat Porter. 6.0% Brewed with red wheat and a plethora of specialty malts. Gently hopped with Chinook. Conditioned on Foundation Roast from Reanimator Coffee. Lush and chewy.

-Notes of dark chocolate, freshly roasted coffee, green pepper, and marshmallow.

Detective Vulpez: Hibiscus/Cherry Sour Ale. 5.0% Brewed with wheat. Spiced with hibiscus flower. Fermented on cherries from up the block. Tart and zippy!

-Notes of strawberry, spring flowers, wheat, rhubarb, and a hint of tart cherry.

Singel Hop Saison, Falconer’s Flight: Single Hop Saison. 5.0% Brewed with oats. Hopped exclusively with Falconer’s Flight.  This is a very hoppy Saison! Dig it.

-Notes of fresh cut grass, lime zest, bubblegum, pine sap, dank, and hay.
