Beautiful, Forward-thinking, and Strange Beers…

SaisonHands: Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.

-Notes of lemon zest, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.

Trendler:  Alt Bier. 5.5%  Inspired by  our  travels  in  Düsseldorf  and  by  my grandfather,  Joseph  Trendler.  Brewed  with  a blend  of caramel  malts  and  high-dried  malts.  This  is  a  perfect  beer  for  the  colder  months  ahead.

-Notes of  caramel, tobacco leaf, cinnamon stick, grass, light toast, and raisin.

ALTAR: HoliDAZE BerlinerWeisse. 4.6% Brewed with hibiscus flowers, Madagascar vanilla beans, and cinnamon sticks. Quite acidic, juicy, and festive!

-Notes of blackberry jam, rice pudding, cranberry, Meyer lemon, and pineapple.

Such Passion:  Passion fruit IPA. 7.5% Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe. Conditioned on a whole lot of passion fruit purée. Get passionate!

-Notes of passion fruit, mango jelly, ripe peach, spicy grass, and lychee.

HopHands: Our Exceedingly Aromatic Pale Ale. 4.8% Brewed with oats. Hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial. Juicy and refreshing. Crush it.

-Notes of kiwi, clementines, lemon drops, chalky earth, and pine resin.

Wolf, Chipmunk, Worm: Imperial Oat Porter. 7.8% Brewed with oat malt (50% of the grist) and an assortment of specialty malts. Hopped gently with Chinook. The perfect accompaniment to the cold winter weather… And its SMOOOOOOOOOOTH.

-Notes of lush baker’s chocolate, burnt brown sugar, coffee, and breakfast cereal.

Something That Grows: Crushable Coffee IPA. 4.5% Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe. Conditioned atop our Awake Minds coffee. BATCH 400!

-Notes of kumquat, green pepper, pink grapefruit, mango jam, and nectarine.

Be Nice: Session IPA. 4.2% Brewed with oats and a touch of caramel malt. Well hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Zythos. Lew Bryson approved. Crush it!

-Notes of bright orange, hyper pine, green grass, fresh baked bread, and dank.
