Cask: HopHands double-dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and conditioned on hibiscus and cinnamon sticks. 4.8% abv
CultonSour: Heirloom Cider/BerlinerWeisse. 5.5% A rather sour and bright indigenous ale! Fermented with lactobacillus and our house Saison yeast. 49% of the fermentable sugars came from Tom Culton’s estate cider comprised of Heirloom apples, pears, and quinces.
-Notes of fresh pressed apples, young pears, fresh grain, and Meyer lemons.
H.C.S.: Oat Saison. 5.9% Brewed with 50% malted oats and 50% 2-Row malted barley. Gently hopped with Cascade. Viscous and delicious!
- Notes of black pepper, vanilla-y oats, stone fruit, and earth.

Cosmic Slop: Double IPA. 8.3% OUR 200TH BATCH OF BEER! Brewed with Spelt. Hopped intensely with Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial. Fermented atop the purée of grapefruit, lemon, lime, and blood orange.
-Notes of candied citrus zest, bright grapefruit, white grape, and dank stuff.
HopHands: Our Exceedingly Aromatic Pale Ale . 4.8% Brewed with oats and hopped with a blend of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial.
-Notes of lush citrus, fresh cut grass, under-ripe kiwi, and slight pineapple.
Treaded Options: Weird Spiced Saison. 8.3% Brewed with Elderflowers and fermented atop lots of blackberries. The perfect after-dinner Saison!

SaisonHands : Four-Grain Saison. 4.8%. Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops.
