Beautiful, Forward-thinking, and Strange Beers…

Cask:  HopHands double-dry hopped with Amarillo. Juicy and Refreshing!

SaisonHands: Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.

-Notes of lemon zest, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.

Singel Hop Saison, Cascade: Cascade Saison. 5.0% Brewed with oats. Hopped exclusively with Cascade. Fermented with our magical Saison yeast.  Juicy, refreshing, and delicate too…

-Notes of Meyer lemon, black pepper, green grass, and sunshine.

Many Mouths With Pointed Teeth: Rye IPA. 6.0% Brewed with red rye and Vienna malt. Hopped intensely with Citra and Amarillo. Juicy and Hearty.

-Notes of lemon grass, fresh baked bread, grapefruit, peach, and dank pine.

Cyclical Paranoia: Mahogany-hued Saison. 6.0% Fermented with a mélange of yeast and bacteria. Very vinous and autumnal with a beautiful balancing acidity.

-Notes of fall foliage, plum skins, spicy rye, citrus zest, Pinot Noir, and oak.

HopHands: Our Exceedingly Aromatic Pale Ale. 4.8% Brewed with oats. Hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial. Juicy and refreshing. Crush it.

-Notes of kiwi, clementines, lemon drops, chalky earth, and pine resin.

Yeast and Cats:  Wheat Saison.  6.4%  Brewed  with  wheat. Well hopped. Fermented with a blend of our house yeasts on oak. Inspired by the beautifully focused beers brewed by our great friend Yvan at Brasserie De La Senne.

-Notes of  fresh pepper, mineral water, floral hops, spicy earth, and honeysuckle.

Prognosis:  Luscious American Bitter.  3.8%  Brewed with Vienna and Munich malt. Well-hopped with Cascade, Nelson Sauvin, and Chinook. Simple and lush.

-Notes of fresh bread, spicy hops, honey, pine, citrus zest, and a touch of toffee.

Paranormalized:  Blended Barrel Fermented Super Saison. 8.2%  Brewed with  wheat. Roughly six months old. Fermented with a melange of our favorite yeast and bacteria in Hungarian oak barrels. Partially blended with fresh Saison.

-Notes of bright Chardonnay grape, green pepper, tart melon, and snappy oak.
