Beautiful, Forward-thinking, and Strange Beers…

SaisonHands: Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.

-Notes of lemon zest, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.

Singel Hop Saison, Cascade: Cascade Saison. 5.0% Brewed with oats. Hopped exclusively with Cascade. Fermented with our magical Saison yeast.  Juicy, refreshing, and delicate too…

-Notes of Meyer lemon, black pepper, green grass, and sunshine.

Red Fuzz: Raspberry & Sumac Saison. 6.5% Brewed with wheat and fresh sumac. Hopped with Cascade. Fermented atop fresh raspberries. Love the Fuzz.

-Notes of lemongrass, cucumber, honeysuckle, meadow flowers, and kiwi.

Vampire: CaraCara IPA. 7.0%. Brewed with the juice and zest from 100lbs. of CaraCara oranges. Hopped intensely with Simcoe and centennial. Scary stuff!

-Notes of bright citrus, pine sap, grapefruit rind, unripe strawberry, and grass.

Synapse Collapse: Super Saison. 7.6% Brewed with oats and rye. Hopped with Falconer’s Flight. Fermented atop Merlot soaked French oak chips from our good friend Mike at Valenzano Winery in NJ.  Delightfully dry,  sumptuous, and elegant.

-Notes of lush strawberry, bright oak, white grape, and under-ripe plum skin.

Howard and Gale: Fresh Hop IPA. 5.0% Brewed with oats. Dry (wet) hopped with fresh hops right off the bine from our family farm in New Paltz, Ny. Amazing.

-Notes of honeydew, fresh cut grass, bright pine, dank, kiwi, and cucumber.

Green Fuzz:  Cucumber  Galaxy IPA.  7.0%  Brewed  with  red  wheat.  Hopped intensely  with  Galaxy  and  gently  with  the  all  mighty  Simcoe.  Conditioned  on  100lbs  of  fresh  cucumber.  A  beautiful  late  summer  dream.

-Notes of muskmelon, juicy fruit, watermelon, fresh cut grass, and tangerine.

Cody’s Rock ’n’ Roll Fantasy:  Hoppy Brown Ale.  5.6%  Brewed  with  rye  and  a plethora  of  specialty  malts. Hopped  aggressively  with  Nelson  Sauvin  and Simcoe.  It’s  all  part  of  Cody’s  Rock  ’n’  Roll  Fantasy.

-Notes of  pineapple,  dank earth,  caramel,  and  blistered  fingers.
