Cask: Pitch of the Creeper Statue. Hoppy Coffee Brown ale. Sturdy!

SaisonHands: Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.

-Notes of lemon zest, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.

Arachnodactylic: Crushable IPA. 4.5% Brewed with Munich, oat, and rye malt. Hopped intensely with Citra, Amarillo, Lemon Drop, and Nelson Sauvin. Pungent!

-Notes of ripe pineapple, Mandarin orange, kiwi, honeysuckle, and dank.

Trigonometry of Squares: Robust Coffee & Milk Porter. 6.3% Brewed with a plethora of specialty malts and lactose sugar. Conditioned atop a copious amount of our AWAKEMINDS coffee roasted by our pals at Reanimator Coffee.

-Notes of lush baker’s chocolate, bright coffee, marshmallow, and smoky caramel.

Grows Fonder: Rose & Raspberry Sour Ale. 6.8% Brewed with spelt. Soured with naturally occurring lactobacillus and then fermented dry with our house ale yeast. Conditioned atop a copious amount of whole rose heads and red raspberries. Very pretty, pungent, and crushable… Just like your valentine!

-Notes of bright raspberry, Meyer lemon, honey, fresh grain, and a rose garden.

Portcullis: Blended Saison. 6.0% A blend of fresh and zippy rye Saison and a well aged Saison fermented in oak with our Emptiness culture (wild yeast and souring bacteria). Dry, bright, pungent, and slightly acidic. Get behind the Portcullis.

-Notes of ripe pineapple, bright lychee, tangelo, lush oak, currant, and earth.

HopHands: Our Exceedingly Aromatic Pale Ale. 4.8% Brewed with oats. Hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial. Juicy and refreshing. Crush it.

-Notes of kiwi, clementines, lemon drops, chalky earth, fresh malt, and pine resin.

Extra Extra Knuckle: Double IPA. 8.6% Brewed with a bit of wheat. Hopped intensely with Mosaic and gently with Citra and Simcoe. Extra Extra pungent.

-Notes of grapefruit, pine sap, under-ripe blueberry, honeydew, and mango jam.

Serious Registration: Best Bitter. 4.2% Brewed with a plethora of specialty malts. Hopped gently with Cascade. Luscious and comforting.

-Notes of toffee, bittersweet baker’s chocolate, fresh baked bread, and honey
