Beautiful, Forward-thinking, and Strange Beers…

SaisonHands: Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.

-Notes of lemon zest, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.

DIODE: Dry-Hopped Spelt Saison 6.5% Brewed with spelt. Hopped intensely and exclusively with Citra. Bright, invigorating, and juicy. Fly Diode, fly!

-Notes of bright tangelo, pine, dank resin, black pepper, and hay.

Luminescent: IPA. 7.0% Brewed with rye and a touch of Munich malts. Hopped singularly and intensely with Nelson Sauvin. Intensely dank and juicy!

-Notes of papaya, white grape, green pepper, grapefruit rind, and dank stuff.

Critical Quartz: Hibiscus Saison. 6.3% Brewed with wheat. Fermented atop heaps of hibiscus flowers. Very bright, pungent, pretty, and dry dry dry.

-Notes of cranberry, white pepper, lemon rind, fresh grain, hay, and funky stuff.

Pitch of the Creeper: India Black Coffee Ale. 5.2% Brewed with debittered black wheat may and oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Chinook, and Zythos. Conditioned atop our Awake Minds coffee roasted for us by Reanimator Coffee!

-Notes of grapefruit, tobacco, red raspberry, white currant, pine sap, and dank.

HopHands: Our Exceedingly Aromatic Pale Ale. 4.8% Brewed with oats. Hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial. Juicy and refreshing. Crush it.

-Notes of kiwi, clementines, lemon drops, chalky earth, fresh malt, and pine resin.

Selfish: Smoked Session. 3.8% Brewed with Munich, Vienna, malted oats, and cherrywood smoked malt. Hopped gently with Cascade. Fermented at cool temperatures with our ale yeast. Comforting and lush. Enjoy a smoked session.

-Notes of fresh baked bread, cherry, ephemeral smoke, and a hint of citrus.

Serious Registration: Best Bitter. 4.2% Brewed with a plethora of specialty malts. Hopped gently with Cascade. Luscious and comforting.

-Notes of toffee, bittersweet baker’s chocolate, fresh baked bread, and honey
