Road Over a Green Chasm is a dry-hopped Amphora-Aged Saison. Brewed in February 2022 and primary fermented  in oak with your Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Aged in our Amphora for three months. Generously dry-hopped with Enigma. Bottled in 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Notes of the funkiest pineapple cocktail you ever had, mineral water and pamplemousse gelato.
