Space Canoe. Rye IPA. 6.5% Brewed with rye and oats. Hopped intensely with Huell Melon and the almighty Simcoe. Double dry-hopped with Mosaic.
-Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.
Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.
-Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit.
Our American Pale Ale. 5.5% Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable.
-Notes of grapefruit, green pepper, over-ripe clementine, and orange creamsicle.
Breaking No New Ground:
Clementine Double IPA. 8.7% Brewed with oats and fresh clementine juice. Hopped singularly and aggressively with Denali, then conditioned extensively with even more fresh clementine juice. Hazy, aromatic, and juicy!
-Notes of sticky toffee pudding, black currant, star anise, raspberry, and chocolate.
There is No Planet B:
Black Spelt Saison. 6.6% Brewed with spelt and midnight wheat. Ever so gently hopped with Motueka. Fermented entirely with one of our favorite strains of Brettanomyces. 100% of proceeds will be donated to The Humane League.
-Notes of dried mango, marsh mallow, naval oranges, and white grape .
Mime is Money:
Oak Fermented IPA. 6.9% Brewed with oats. Open fermented in red wine oak puncheons. Hopped intensely with Galaxy, Cascade and Centennial.
-Notes of underripe pear, white peppercorn, lime, squash blossom, and grass.
Sake Saffron Lager. 5.2% Brewed with 100% two row barley and a generous portion of Saffron. Hopped gently with Saaz. Cold fermented with copious amounts of Nigori Sake culture then lagered for over a month. This beer was dreamt up and brewed with our good friend Andreas Wagner of ProBrau in Altenstadt, Germany.
-Notes of lemon balm, sugar biscuits, orange blossom honey, and sunshine … Whoa!
Notes of Whoa:
Kvass. 4.2% Brewed with oats and loaves of our house made bread and Fermented atop of fresh bread dough. Tantalizing and refreshing
-Notes of pineapple, cantaloupe,black pepper, overripe pear, and lemon grass.
Hoppy Table Beer. 4.5% Brewed with oats. Fermented with an expressive strain of brettanomyces. Pleasantly hopped with Amarillo Simcoe and Motueka.
