Mill Room. Mango IPA. 5.9% Brewed with vienna malt and a generous addition of oats. Hopped with Mosaic. Conditioned on fresh mango purée. Conditioned again on flesh and zest of lime and orange then double dry-hopped with Citra. Oh so juicy!
-Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.
Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.
-Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit.
Our American Pale Ale. 5.5% Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable.
-Notes of campfire, juicy peach rings, overripe stone fruit, turning leaves.
This is Supposed to be Fun:
Smoked Peach Barleywine. 8.2% Brewed with a dash of caramel malt and then conditioned on heaps of house smoked peaches from our pal Ben Wenk of Three Springs Fruit in Adams County, PA. Fall is in the air!
-Notes of grapefruit pith, orange Creamsicle, musty dankness, and kumquat.
Vanilla Citrus IPA. 7.2% Brewed with wheat, oats, and lactose sugar. Hopped intensely with Citra and Mosaic. Conditioned atop heaps of intriguing Bergamot and Mandarin orange purees along with Madagascar vanilla beans. Dreamt up in tandem with our Swedish homeboys from Omnipollo.
-Notes of Trolli Peach Rings, Jack Herer, white Gummy Bear, apricot.
Double Peached Blonde Ale. 6.7% Brewed with spelt malt. Conditioned on copious heaps of Three Springs Fruit Peaches. Carefully hopped with Simcoe.
-Notes of black pepper, delicate spice, clean malt, white grape skin, fresh dough.
Pursuit of Pleasure:
Blonde Weird de Garde. 4.5% Brewed with Pilsner malt and wild rice. Hopped delicately with Saaz. Fermented at lager temperature with our house saison yeast. Cold conditioned for many moons.
-Notes of fresh cut grass, tropical fruit juice, spruce tips, and double rainbows.
Mango IPA. 5.9% Brewed with vienna malt and a generous addition of oats. Hopped passionately and singularly with Mosaic. Conditioned on fresh mango.
-Notes of papaya, overripe heirloom cantaloupe, citrusy grass, pumpkin flesh.
2.5x IPA. 10% Brewed with 100% malted 2-Row barley. Hopped aggressively with Simcoe, Mosaic, Zythos, Citra, and Equinox. Phew!
