Our bright and beautiful fresh Orange Juice Pale Ale.
-Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.
Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.
-Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit.
Our American Pale Ale. 5.5% Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable.
-Notes of ripe mango, cream puffs, pine sap, babbling brooks and grapefruit pith.
Listen to the River:
A Red Wheat IPA. 6.5% Brewed with malted red wheat. Singularly hopped with Mosaic in the kettle. Then aggressively dry hopped with Mosaic, Columbus and Simcoe. Listen to the river sing sweet songs.
-Notes of overripe pineapple, barnyard, hard candy, and green strawberry.
Farmhouse Wheat IPA. 5.2% Brewed with malted red wheat. Fermented with our Magickal saison yeast, and a strain of Brettanomyces we lured from the depths of our saison dungeon. Dry hopped with Simcoe and German Callista.
-Notes of musky lime pith, Sauvignon Blanc, sweet basil, and preserved lemon.
I’m Gone. Goodbye:
Galaxy Grisette 4.6% Brewed with malted red wheat and hopped gently with Mandarina Bavaria in the kettle. Fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast, and dry hopped with Australian Galaxy. Simple, yet complex. Farewell.
-Notes of preserved lemon, cedar, fresh cut grass, and southeastern Pennsylvania.
Yet To Be Discovered:
Honey & Sorrel Saison. 5.6% Brewed with a bit of malted red wheat and a generous helping of PA wildflower honey, as well as local sorrel from our buddy Adrian at Heritage Farm. Tart and zippy.
-Notes of green apple, tart cherry cobbler, maple syrup, and autumn foliage.
Local Cherry and Maple Syrup Weird de Garde. 7.0% Brewed with oats, buckwheat, caramel malt, and PA maple syrup. Fermented in our open top oak fermenters then conditioned in stainless steel for many moons on top of 240 lbs of sweet and tart cherries courtesy of our good friend Ben Wenk from Three Springs Fruit farm.
-Notes of Sauvignon Blanc, lime zest, weathered cedar, and white gummy bears.
A Leaf of All Colors:
Blended Dry Hopped Saison. 5.9% Pale ale fermented for many moons in Chardonnay barrels then blended and dry hopped with Saaz. Refined Illumination.

Our Bottle Conditioned House Saison
Oak Fermented Spiced Saison
Oak Fermented Mulberry Ale brewed in 2015 with Forest & Main
Saison brewed with spelt and oat. Brewed in January of 2017. It was primary fermented in one of our large oak foudres and dry hopped with Citra and Hüll Melon. It was bottled in March of 2017 and aged for 5 months before it's release. Zippy & bright.
750mL. Ilis is a spelt and honey saison brewed in June of 2016. It was primary fermented in one of our large oak foudres with our Magickal saison yeast and resident microflora. Spiced with honeybush and black tea. Bottled in September of 2016 and conditioned at the brewery for one year before its release.
750mL. Faces is an amber saison blended from stock brewed throughout early 2015. Primary fermented in a variety of small format oak barrels, and blended to taste and bottled in March of 2016. Refermented in the bottle and conditioned at the brewery for 18 months before its release.
