Individual Components: Morello Cherry Stout. 6.5% Brewed with Munich, caramel, and roasted malts. Conditioned on Cranberries and PA Maple Syrup
-Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.
Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.
-Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit.
Our American Pale Ale. 5.5% Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable.
-Notes of fresh strawberries, underripe kiwi, clean malt, lemon zest, and wisdom.
Strawberry Brett Table Saison. 4.5% L was brewed to celebrate Steve Lander’s fiftieth turn around the sun. Under Steve’s influence, we brewed a delicate little Table Saison with raw wheat. Fermented entirely with one of our favorite strains of Brettanomyces for many months and then conditioned on heaps of strawberries. An ode to our great friend and advisor. Aged to perfection in stainless steel…just like Steve. Happy Birthday Steve!
-Notes of Claey’s watermelon hard candy drops, grapefruit, and lemon verbena.
Pink Peppercorn & Lemon Zest Saison. 5.5% Brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat and pink peppercorns. Ever so gently hopped with cascade then conditioned lightly with a touch of lemon zest. Exceedingly bright and effervescent!
-Notes of underripe pear, white peppercorn, lime, squash blossom, and grass.
Keller Pilsner. 4.1% Brewed with Vienna malt. Hopped exclusively with Motueka. Bottom fermented then lagered for many moons providing a crisp finish.
-Notes of grapefruit, mango, overripe nectarine, passionfruit, and golden kiwi.
Apricot Double IPA. 8.6% Brewed with oats and fermented with loads of Apricot puree . Aggressively hopped with Simcoe Amarillo Galaxy and Citra. Crisp and Armomatic.
-Notes of Pinot Blanc must, barnyard, honey dew melon, orange rind, and lemon.
Yerba Mate Brett Saison. 5.7% Brewed with 100% two row barley. Fermented with 100% brettanomyces and conditioned on Yerba Mate tea.
-Notes of pineapple, lychee, pine resin, hay, grapefruit rind and clemintine
Special Dude IPA. 6.8% Brewed with Spelt. Fermented with a blend of our house ale yeast and a very expressive strain of Brettanomyces. Hopped singularly and intensely with Simcoe. Brewed in collaboration with the very special dudes from Half Acre on our very special cafe brewhouse.
