Our Motueka Pale Ale conditioned on heaps of blueberry puree, vanilla beans, graham cracker crusts, and then double dry hopped with even more Motueka. Decadent and refreshing!
-Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.
Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Batch #15. Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.
-Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit.
Our American Pale Ale. 5.5% Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable.
- Notes of fruit leather, dried mango, ripe peach, and sticky snacks.
A Fruit Snack Double IPA. 8.0% Brewed with oats. Generously hopped in the kettle with Simcoe Lupulin Powder. Conditioned on copious amounts of apricot purée and aggressively dry-hopped with Crystal and Simcoe. Nostalgic and Youthful.
-Notes of honeydew, green gardens, sunshine, and hard candy.
The Breeze Would Pause to Listen In:
Watermelon Pale Ale 5.8% Brewed with German Pilsner Malt,Red Wheat, and Oats. Hopped with Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria in the kettle. Then conditioned atop 130lbs of in-house processed watermelon purée. Dry hopped with Hüll Melon. Lively and charming.
-Notes of tangelo zest, Lemongrass, aloe and ripe pomelo.
Sea Bird Crying:
Motueka IPA. 6.2% Brewed with 2Row and Oats. Solely Hopped in the kettle and Dry Hopped with Motueka.
-Notes of musky lime pith, Sauvignon Blanc, sweet basil, and preserved lemon.
I’m Gone. Goodbye:
Galaxy Grisette 4.6% Brewed with malted red wheat and hopped gently with Mandarina Bavaria in the kettle. Fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast, and dry hopped with Australian Galaxy. Simple, yet complex. Farewell.
-Notes of Citron Flesh , fresh cut grass, ripe mango, and dark berries.
Triple IPA. 9.5% The strongest celebratory version of one of our most beloved pale ales, MoMoCoe. Brewed with Red Wheat and Hopped entirely with Mosaic, Motueka and Simcoe. A nod to our strange and beautiful beginnings.
-Notes of ripe kiwi, white grape flesh, and key lime custard.
Neon Light Diamond:
Single Hop IPA. 6.3% Brewed with barley and spelt. Solely hopped in the kettle and aggressively dry hopped with New Zealand grown Cascade.

Our Bottle Conditioned House Saison
Oak Fermented Spiced Saison
Oak Fermented Mulberry Ale brewed in 2015 with Forest & Main
Saison brewed with spelt and oat. Brewed in January of 2017. It was primary fermented in one of our large oak foudres and dry hopped with Citra and Hüll Melon. It was bottled in March of 2017 and aged for 5 months before it's release. Zippy & bright.
750mL. Ilis is a spelt and honey saison brewed in June of 2016. It was primary fermented in one of our large oak foudres with our Magickal saison yeast and resident microflora. Spiced with honeybush and black tea. Bottled in September of 2016 and conditioned at the brewery for one year before its release.
750mL. Faces is an amber saison blended from stock brewed throughout early 2015. Primary fermented in a variety of small format oak barrels, and blended to taste and bottled in March of 2016. Refermented in the bottle and conditioned at the brewery for 18 months before its release.
Lagerbier brewed with pils malt and raw wheat, hopped with Crystal and Hallertau Blanc.
