Black Beer 4.3% Our simple, everyday dark beer. Brewed with British Maris Otter malt, and a selection of very dark malts. Hopped gently with Chinook.
-Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.
Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Batch #18. Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.
-Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit.
Our American Pale Ale. 5.5% Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable.
-Notes of chocolate malt milkshakes, ripe stone fruit, marzipan, and sticky toffee pudding.
Peach Tea Imperial Stout. 10.5% Brewed with a plethora of dark specialty malts and hopped in the kettle with just a handful of Czech Saaz. We then added a blend of green tea, honeybush and dried peaches and fermented in stainless for many moons. Brewed in collaboration with our basketball loving pals over at Dugges in Sweden.
-Notes of meyer lemon zest, pizza crust, delicate perfume, and orange blossom.
Super Kvass. 4.7% Brewed with 60 pounds of house made rye caraway bread, Pilsner malt and 6 row barley. Gently hopped with Saaz and Lemondrop. Fermented with a sourdough culture that our Baker, Jean-Luc, wrangled and our Magickal saison yeast.
-Notes of peach gummi rings, tangerine zest, guava jelly, and powdered donuts.
Peach Double IPA. 8.2% Brewed with globs of fluffy oats and aggressively hopped in the kettle with Zythos. Conditioned on a generous amount of goopy peach puree and then drop hopped assertively with Amarillo and Citra.
-Notes of key lime custard, over ripe raspberry, sun drenched weed fields, and drippy papaya.
Trail of Light:
Kölsch IPA 6.0%. Brewed with an enormous amount of fluffy oats. Aggressively hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and lime juice. Fermented with our favorite Kölsch strain in stainless. Then dry hopped with Amarillo and a touch of Zythos.
-Notes of mandarinquat, white cranberry, raspberry leaf, and black currant preserves
Sea Buckthorn Saison. 4.8% Brewed with pilsner malt, raw wheat, and toasted buckwheat. Assertively hopped in the kettle with Wakatu and copious amounts of Sea Buckthorn powder. Then conditioned on luscious passion fruit puree.
-Notes of piña colada slushie, ripe guava, sticky mango and tangerine zest.
Habitual Existence :
Single Hop Galaxy IPA. 6.4% Brewed with fluffy oats and spelt. Hopped in the kettle with Galaxy. Then aggressively dry hopped with even more Galaxy.

Freedom From the Known 2017
750mL. 7.2% Our perennial very very cherry Saison brewed with oats, red wheat, and a touch of rye malt. Fermented in oak with our house microflora as well as ambient microflora from Lancaster county. Fermented and conditioned on over two tons of cherries from our great friends over at 2 Spring Fruit Farm. We used mostly tart Montmorency cherries, with a small addition of sweet red and white cherries. In all, it was around 4 pounds of fruit per gallon of beer! Ephemeral, yet profound and drenched in drippy cherry complexity. Limit 4 bottles per person per day. ***PLEASE NOTE! These bottles are corked and capped, so be sure to have a corkscrew handy when it’s time to enjoy!***
750mL. 4.3% Oak Fermented Wheat Lager. Brewed with German Pilsner malt and a blend of raw & malted wheat. Fermented cool with our house Lager yeast in one of our large French oak foudres and then cold conditioned in oak on just a touch of fresh lemon juice for many moons. Zippy notes of herbal meyer lemon, peach blossom, fresh cut grass, crisp grain, mineral water, and white grape.
750mL. Faces is an amber saison blended from stock brewed throughout early 2015. Primary fermented in a variety of small format oak barrels, and blended to taste and bottled in March of 2016. Refermented in the bottle and conditioned at the brewery for 18 months before its release.
750mL. Biere de Coupage; Blended in March of 2017 from mature Saison stock fermented in various small format barrels with a melange of our house microflora. Refermented on a house-made purée of fresh peaches, raspberries, and mangos. Bottled in August of 2017. An abysmal well of full-moon soaked earth flavors.
750mL. Chamomile heavy Wheat Saison; Brewed in March of 2017 with a base of pilsner malt and raw wheat. Steeped with fragrant chamomile and primary fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast in a large oak foudre. Bottled in August of 2017. Indulgent, freeing, and zippy.
750mL. Grisette; Brewed in January of 2017 with a base of Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and malted oats, and hopped with classic American hops. Primary fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast in our of our new French oak foudres. Bottled in July of 2017. Life enhancing sun rays of delight.
750mL. Spelt & Wheat Saison; Brewed in April of 2016 with a base of malted wheat and spelt. Fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast in large format oak. Bottled in June of 2016. Mineral heavy kumquat boulder rolling at a steady pace.
