HopHands double dry-hopped with experimental hop variety 11405.
-Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.
Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.
-Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit.
Our American Pale Ale. 5.5% Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable.
-Notes of lemongrass, pineapple, elderflower, clover honey, prosecco.
Torch of the Mystics.
Saison 6.9% Brewed with oats and spelt. Hopped gently with Denali. Fermented in our open top puncheons with our expressive saison culture.
-Notes of ruby red grapefruit, overripe stone fruit, pine sap, and dank.
I Don’t Feel Safe:
Double IPA. 8.5% Brewed with oats and wheat. Aggressively hopped with Amarillo, Cascade, and Simcoe then double dry hopped with Cascade.
-Notes of concord grape, nectarine, passionfruit, watermelon, and fresh bread.
Experimental IPA. 6.9% Brewed with spelt and oats.Hopped singularly and intensely with experimental hop variety 11405 from our friends at Hopsteiner.
-Notes of honeysuckle, underripe apricot, aloe vera, and tupelo honey.
Everything Would Be What It Isn’t:
Coconut Fig Saison. 6.5% Brewed spelt. Fermented in our open top oak fermenters then conditioned for many moons in stainless steel atop an exuberance of luscious coconut and fig purées.
-Notes of black tartarian cherries, raspberry jam, pomegranate, and white oak.
Oud Bruin. 8.3% Brewed with Vienna and Crystal malts. Fermented with our eccentric saison yeast. Gently hopped with Columbus.
Moon ate the Dark:
Biére de Garde. 5.9% Brewed with wheat, oats and crystal malt. Hopped gently with Amarillo. Fermented in our open top oak fermentors. -Notes of marzipan, wildflower honey, orange peel, black cherry, and rose petals.
