Tiny Stout. 2.4% Brewed with a plethora of specialty malts and gentle kettle additions of Citra and Simcoe, then conditioned with cacao nibs and our Awake Minds Coffee.
-Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.
Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.
-Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit.
Our American Pale Ale. 5.5% Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable.
-Notes of kumquat, gummi peach rings, clean malt, Pinot Gris and clementine.
Peach Berliner Weisse. 4.0% Brewed with malted wheat. Fermented in our upright open-top oak fermenters, then conditioned in stainless steel for many moons on top of copious amounts of house processed peaches from our good friend Ben Wenk of Three Springs Fruit farm. 10% of proceeds will go to the Broad Street Hospitality Cooperative. Ask your bartender about the Pie Spice syrup option!
-Notes of dried apricot, Grüner Veltliner, candied orange peel, and sunshine.
Weightless Sun Angel:
Peach India Oat Kölsch. 3.7% Brewed with oats, then cold fermented for a crisp, dry finish. Dry-hopped with heavy measures of Galaxy. Conditioned on top of copious amounts of local peach purée, lovingly processed in house, and provided by our best dude Ben Wenk of Three Springs Fruit Farm in beautiful Adams County, PA. A beautiful, and refined summertime crusher!
-Notes of fresh orange juice, cantaloupe, cotton candy, and overripe raspberry.
Study of Mannerisms:
Four-Grain DIPA. 8.6% Brewed with oats, wheat, and rye. Hopped aggressively with Citra and Crystal. It’s just what you need !
-Notes of honeysuckle, sour patch watermelons, Lambrusco Secco, and rhubarb.
Raspberry/Chamomile Saison. 5.4% Brewed with Munich malt, chamomile, and local honey. Conditioned atop mounds of fresh, luscious, raspberries.
-Notes of Bavarian pretzel, slight cinnamon spice, white peach, and grassy hops.
Purgatory of Comfort:
Purple Corn Lager. 4.9% Brewed with 100% Pilsner malt and boiled with heaps of purple maize in the kettle. Well hopped with Callista.
-Notes of rock candy, ripe apricot, pine, watermelon rind, and grapefruit pith.
Oat IPA. 7.1% Brewed with oats. Dry-hopped aggressively with Simcoe and Zythos. Brewed in collaboration with our buds from The Full Pint beer blog out of Southern California for their 10th Anniversary Celebration.

Saison brewed with spelt and oat. Brewed in January of 2017. It was primary fermented in one of our large oak foudres and dry hopped with Citra and Hüll Melon. It was bottled in March of 2017 and aged for 5 months before it's release. Zippy & bright.
