Invisible Font, our Tiny IPA conditioned with mangos.
-Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth.
Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.
-Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit.
Our American Pale Ale. 5.5% Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable.
-Notes of green grass, lemon-lime, ripe mango, black peppercorn, and grapefruit.
Tiny IPA. 4.3% Brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat and oats. Hopped with Galaxy then dry-hopped with Amarillo, and Motueka. Aromatic and refreshing!
-Notes of orange rind, blueberry, watermelon, walnut, and smashed citrus.
I Do Feel Safe:
IPA. 7.0% Brewed with a Pilsner malt, oats and PA wildflower honey. Hopped with Simcoe lupulin powder and Motueka, then dry-hopped with Mosaic.
-Notes of hay, plum, fresh yarrow, guava, bamboo, sage, pineapple, and green tea .
Searching For Brain:
Weird Saison. 5.6% Brewed with wheat. Hopped gently with Galaxy. Conditioned for many moons on white peach purée and jasmine Tea
-Notes of honeysuckle, lemon grass, herbal tea, lychee, and lime hard candy.
You Already Know:
Tamarind Saison. 5.5% Brewed in collaboration with our long time friend Ryan Witter-Merithew from Casita Cerveseria. Brewed with Golden Promise, oats, kaffir lime leaves, Persian limes, tamarind, and rooibos tea. Fermented in our open top oak fermenters…but ya’ll already knew that!
-Notes of honey suckle, lemon verbena, grapefruit rind, and spring meadow.
Dry-Hopped Kumquat Saison. 6.6% Brewed with oats, rye, and agave nectar. Fermented in our open top oak fermenters then conditioned for many moons in stainless steel atop fresh kumquats. Delicately dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, and Galaxy. 10% of all proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
-Notes of lemon peel, ladyfingers, Granny Smith apple, and under-ripe berries.
Berliner Weisse. 4.5% Brewed with spelt and primary lactobacillus fermentation. The weather is nice and this is the perfect to enjoy outside!
