-Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, chardonnay, and earth.
Our Four-Grain Saison. 4.8% Batch #21. Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. This is our most accurate interpretation of traditional Saison.
-Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit.
Our American Pale Ale. 5.5% Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable.
-Notes of ripe kiwi, honeydew melon, star fruit, and dried blueberries
Satanic Cuckoo Clock:
Wheat Pale Ale. 5.0% Brewed with an enormous amount of German malted wheat. Aggressively hopped in the kettle and dry-hopped with German Cascade and German Saaz, then double dry hopped with Mosaic Lupulin pellets.
-Notes of guava, mango candies, pineapple weed, ocean air, and dank funnie green stuff.
Beams of Neverending Light:
Cool Dude Double IPA. 8.0% Brewed with raw wheat and fluffy oats. Thoughtfully hopped in the kettle with Simcoe and Zythos and then hyper aggressively dry hopped with a trio of super pungent cool dude hops: Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and Citra. Cool. Very cool.
-Notes of white peach, chamomile, bergamot zest, and citron.
Jade Skeletons Listening to your Footsteps:
White Tea IPA. 6.0% Brewed with fluffy oats, raw wheat, white tea leaves, lemon juice and PA wildflower honey. Hopped and dry hopped with a plethora of our favorite hops; Mosaic, Simcoe, Azacca, Chinook and Lemondrop. A glance back to an early BrewCafé favorite series.
-Notes of watermelon rind, blueberry, invigorating minerality, and sunny garden strolls.
Rhubarb Dandelion Saison. 4.8% Brewed with spelt. Gently hopped with Melba, hibiscus and locally foraged Dandelion greens and flowers. Fermented for many moons with our magickal saison yeast atop house processed rhubarb purée. 10% of the proceeds of this beer will benefit Be the Match: The National Marrow Donor Program.
-Notes of ripe feijoa, fresh baked sugar cookies, star fruit, kiwi, and fresh guava juice.
Pineapple & Guava Lactose Saison. 5.7% Brewed with our sweet pals Tim & Connor from Cellarmaker. Inspired by our boundless travels in New Zealand. Brewed with Pilsner malt, red wheat, and lactose sugar. Gently hopped with Hallertau Blanc and debittered Cascade and conditioned atop pineapple and guava purée.
-Notes of fuzzy stone fruit, peach rings, Valencia orange, and lemon curd.
Apricot Farmhouse Ale. 5.2% Brewed with Pilsner malt and spelt. Hopped in the kettle with experimental hop #10419 and debittered Cascade. Fermented with a blend of our magickal saison yeast and our house hefeweizen yeast, then conditioned on copious amounts of apricot purée for many moons.

Freedom From the Known 2017
750mL. 7.2% Our perennial very very cherry Saison brewed with oats, red wheat, and a touch of rye malt. Fermented in oak with our house microflora as well as ambient microflora from Lancaster county. Fermented and conditioned on over two tons of cherries from our great friends over at 2 Spring Fruit Farm. We used mostly tart Montmorency cherries, with a small addition of sweet red and white cherries. In all, it was around 4 pounds of fruit per gallon of beer! Ephemeral, yet profound and drenched in drippy cherry complexity. Limit 4 bottles per person per day. ***PLEASE NOTE! These bottles are corked and capped, so be sure to have a corkscrew handy when it’s time to enjoy!***
750mL. 4.3% Oak Fermented Wheat Lager. Brewed with German Pilsner malt and a blend of raw & malted wheat. Fermented cool with our house Lager yeast in one of our large French oak foudres and then cold conditioned in oak on just a touch of fresh lemon juice for many moons. Zippy notes of herbal meyer lemon, peach blossom, fresh cut grass, crisp grain, mineral water, and white grape.
Wiccan Worship Circle
750mL. Oak Fermented Dark Lagerbier. Brewed with a base of Pilsner malt and a restrained selection of German dark malts. Hopped with classic German varietals and fermented cool with our house lager yeast in a new French oak foudre at our Dispensary and then cold conditioned for many moons before its release. Notes of Smokey blueberry, plum skin, jasmine tea, and Turkish apricot. Wiccan Worship Circle is the expression of the inevitable balancing forces that must exist in nature, the shadow by which we recognize light.
750mL. Faces is an amber saison blended from stock brewed throughout early 2015. Primary fermented in a variety of small format oak barrels, and blended to taste and bottled in March of 2016. Refermented in the bottle and conditioned at the brewery for 18 months before its release.
750mL. Chamomile heavy Wheat Saison; Brewed in March of 2017 with a base of pilsner malt and raw wheat. Steeped with fragrant chamomile and primary fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast in a large oak foudre. Bottled in August of 2017. Indulgent, freeing, and zippy.
750mL. Grisette; Brewed in January of 2017 with a base of Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and malted oats, and hopped with classic American hops. Primary fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast in our of our new French oak foudres. Bottled in July of 2017. Life enhancing sun rays of delight.
750mL. Spelt & Wheat Saison; Brewed in April of 2016 with a base of malted wheat and spelt. Fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast in large format oak. Bottled in June of 2016. Mineral heavy kumquat boulder rolling at a steady pace.
750mL. Drippy peach grisette. Primary fermented in a large oak foudre with our Magickal Saison yeast. Refermented and conditioned on a literal ton of perfect summer peaches from our friend Ben Wenk at @3springsfruit. Incredibly bright and weightless with a clean peachy acidity. Perfect for the warmer PA weather bound to be heading our way soon... right? Bottled in November of 2017.
750mL. Bombastic and resourceful saison. Primary fermented in Vin Santo barrels and rested therein for many moons. Transferred out of barrels and refermented and conditioned on the same peaches used in Peach Endoused. Bottled in December of 2017.
750mL. Barrel fermented and blended Calico (orange-hued) Saison. Brewed in March of 2015. Fermented in a blend of wine barrels. Blended and bottled in July of 2016 and then conditioned at the brewery for well over a year before it’s release. We have been brewing this Saison since day one at our #BrewCafe. Named after one of our dear cats, Thesaurus, who recently passed away. A percentage of proceeds will be donated to our local animal shelter. Brilliant notes of orange marmalade, raspberry, apricot pastry, black pepper, light fruity cacao and Porto.
750mL. 7.0% SEHT is a mature and composed spelt Saison. Brewed with a bit of spelt malt and raw wheat. Hopped assertively with Simcoe and fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast in a large oak foudre at our Dispensary. Rested in the foudre for one year. Bottled in February of 2018. Limit of 6 per person per day.
