Ourison

Four Grain Saison. This beer represents the progression and evolution of our saison fermentation program. Ourison is our saison, SaisonHands, left to condition in oak and then allowed to fully express itself via a lengthy can conditioning period. The end result is a highly refined, snappy, and pungent beer that is one of the most simplistic and exciting iterations of saison that we have ever produced.
Notes of oak, bitter grape, and tart lemon.

Oblivex is our Funny Electro-Mummy Docking Station Citra & Amarillo Double IPA. Brewed with a huge grist of spelt and oats. Intensely hopped and dry hopped into a bright hellish oblivion with Citra & Amarillo. Delightfully creamy, pungent, and extremely citrusy.
Notes of drippy Jersey peach, Valencia orange juice, cantaloupe, and Meyer lemon.

A Kölsch-Style Lagerbier, this is an extremely simple beer brewed in the image of the provincial beers of Cologne, Germany. Composed of German base malts and a hop bill of all Hallertau Mittelfrüh, it's fermented on the warmer side of the Lager spectrum with a yeast derived from one of the better-known Kölsch breweries and cold conditioned for 3 weeks before packaging.
Notes of Niagara grapes, light hay, unripe peach, and white flowers.

The WAY EVEN MORE intensely amplified, overdriven, and totally fuzzed out iteration of our Reptoid Alien with Photosynthesizing Tongue Oat IPA. Brewed with the same fluffy malted oats as always. Dry hopped with the same huge dose of the choicest Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook we've come to love and then catapulted into oblivion with Motueka!

Trendler Hefeweizen

Trendler Hefeweizen is our newest additoin to our Trenler series of traditional lagers and ales brewed for Jean's grandfather, Joe Trendler. This was brewed with a base of carefully selected pilsner malt and pale wheat malt, and then hopped with Tettnanger hops. Hazy in color and SUPER refreshing! 5.2%

Handbier is back! It’s been a mighty long hibernation but Handbier has emerged from its lengthy slumber better than ever. We brewed this Crushable IPA up with a bill that included red and white wheat, malted oats and all the crisp and clean pilsner malt you can imagine! Handbier was hopped with Columbus, Galaxy and Simcoe (including a damn hefty dry-hop of Simcoe and Galaxy). And Handbier wouldn’t be Handbier if we didn’t add gallons upon gallons of bright, fresh and tart lemon juice! Handbier is the ultimate spring crusher, back in our coolers and your fridge, just in time for Spring. Notes of gin fizz, clover honey and lemon bars.

Birdie is a new IPA we’re brewing in collaboration with Ales for ALS, a non-profit charity that helps breweries create beers and donate the funding to ALS research! Birdie was brewed with a hearty malt bill mostly made up of 2-Row and all of our most pillowy oats. We were given an unbelievable batch of hops (Simcoe! Ekuanot! Loral! Talus! As well as three unnamed experimental hops) and decided these would pair perfectly with some Citra and Columbus for an easy drinking but bold little IPA.

One of our favorite killer riffs on our over-the-top Culinary IPA series. Brewed with a heavy amount of oats and lactose sugar. Hopped AND dry hopped intensely with Mosaic & Citra and then conditioned atop almost twice our usual amount of luscious Madagascar vanilla beans. Dreamt up with our forever loving friends Oomnipollo and carried forth into tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow.

Our big Mortalis Brewing and Equilibrium Brewing collab is back, this time smashed with strawberry kiwi. Brewed with our luscious double milkshake base featuring heavy handed amounts of malted oats and lactose sugar. Intensely hopped and dry hopped with our choicest hand selected Mosaic and Citra. Then, here's where it gets crazy, conditioned on triple the amount of sweet strawberries AND kiwi, and six times the amount vanilla beans from Madagascar, Uganda, Tahiti, Mexico Indonesia, Vanuatu, and Hawaii! We've brewed a lot of dense and decadent beers throughout the years, but this one truly takes the cake.

Pourison is brewed just like it's sibling Ourison, with rye, oats, two types of wheat, and hopped singularly with Cascade, but with the addition of juicy and deliciously sweet peach puree! Conditioned in oak and then allowed to fully express itself via a relatively lengthy conditioning period. Those classic barnyard, hay, earth characteristics that we came to know and love are all there!
