Honey, I Love You was brewed with wheat and 2 row and hopped lightly with Amarillo. We conditioned this beaut on local wildflower honey and fermented it with our Magickal Saison yeast.

Brewed with a grist of two row barley and flaked rice and fermented with our expressive house ale yeast. Dry hopped with plenty of the freshest Galaxy, Citra, and Lemondrop, then secondarily hit with a generous splash of Motueka. We find this beer simply Refreshing.

Good Friend is a triple dry hopped Galaxy and Citra triple IPA. It’s our "You've always been there for me, and I want to thank you!" beer. We brewed this one with mountains of fluffy oats, both malted and flaked, then triple dry hopped this Good Friend with really nice Australian Galaxy and All American Citra. Very fluffy and light for such a big beer.

Mango Milkshake is the surprisingly elusive variation on our boundary-pushing Culinary IPA theme, originally dreamt up with our best buds over at @omnipollo. Brewed with a hefty amount of luscious oats, wheat, and lactose sugar. Fermented with quite a bit of sweet 'n' sticky mango purée, and conditioned atop Madagascar vanilla beans. Hopped and dry hopped with the very choicest Mosaic and Citra from our selections out West. We’ve been wanting to reprise this variant for a long time and couldn’t be happier to finally see it return!

This Is The Path Of Totality is our 12th anniversary triple dry hopped quadruple IPA! The base of this brew is an absolute mountain of 2 row, oat and flaked oats. Then it's zapped with a TRIPLE dry hop; once with Citra, once with our old favorite Simcoe, and once with super tropical and fruity New Zealand Necatron. This is a big, full bodied QIPA, not for the faint of heart!

Our first DDH'd variant of Found A Scythe has been hopped heavy! Brewed with a nice portion of red wheat malt and hopped with Nelson Sauvin, as always, to hit that sticky/drippy/sappy character. Double dry hopped with Idaho 7 and Sabro to make it even stickier.

Advanced Science of Cataclysmic Hop Levels is our latest collective consciousness collab with Equilibrium Brewery — and this one is straight up WILD. Built on a hefty malt bill of 2 row, torrefied wheat, oat malt, flaked oats & wheat, and chit malt, then kettle-hopped with Enigma and Citra Cryo, and dry-hopped with Citra, Nelson, Motueka, and Wai-Iti. But we didn’t stop there — we added a touch of BrewGas OG Kush terpenes for that sticky, dank edge. The result: a resin-drenched flavor bomb.

Extra Extra Knuckle is our ambidextrous, triple jointed double IPA. Built from the bones of its smaller counterpart (the single IPA Extra Knuckle,) containing a touch of wheat and a murderous amount of Mosaic. We finish it off with a bone-bending dry hopping of even more Mosaic. Extra Extra Knuckle is a testament to the power of pure Mosaic. Drink it. It’s good.
