DDH PUNGE (Nelson Sauvin) is another bombed out hop saturated variation on one of our most enduring and beloved double IPAs. Brewed with plenty of malted oats and fermented with our expressive house ale yeast, it's dry hopped with bright and pungent Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. It's then secondarily dry hopped with an over abundance of even more more more of that hyper tropical & fruity Nelson Sauvin.
Notes of watermelon peel, spruce tip ice cream, and tropical fruit leather.

The spawn of our well known and well loved Eviscerated Pathway of Beauty was brewed with its maker's same base of flaked and malted oats to create this little Citra bomb. Hopped and dry hopped with only the freshest Citra hops from the West Coast. Concise, and absolutely CRUSHABLE.
Notes of mango colada, orchard peach gummies, and Maui Wowie.

Wildflower Honey IPA. One of our most enduring IPAs, originally brewed at our humble BrewCafé as an exploration of Mosaic hops. Brewed with pillowy oats, and aromatic local wildflower honey. Dry hopped again and again with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo.
Notes of peach bubblegum, ripe strawberry, cotton candy, kiwiberry, and tangerine.

Our summertime cucumber IPA brewed with malted wheat and conditioned on a mountain of Persian cucumber puree. Dry hopped extremely tastefully with Cascade, Ekuanot, Vic Secret, and Simcoe. This beer is crisp and quenching, perfect for these hot days.
Notes of watermelon rind, tangerine, cucumber agua fresca, and sweet lime.
Little Log Cabin: Lovely Day

We brewed this comfy number with a whole lot of flaked oats, fresh and floral Pennsylvania wildflower honey, and creamy lactose sugar. Double dry hopped with mostly Galaxy and hints of Motueka and Cascade. It's then conditioned on luscious Madagascar vanilla beans.
Notes of rich honey cake, vanilla froyo, and cream soda.

Brewed with oats, experimental yeast, and the same hop bill as Alien Church, but DOUBLE the amount of hops to give the juicy citrus and tropical notes that we've all come to love.

Our good yule saison! Brewed with some of our special malted wheat and hopped with Cascade. Fermented in a large oak foudre with Magickal Saison yeast and then conditioned with our house microflora for a natural carbonation.

The annual return of one of the first double IPAs ever produced by Tired Hands back in the summer of 2012. Brewed with an abundance of fluffy oats and hopped quite assertively on the hot side. Fermented with our dear house ale yeast and heavily dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, Hallertau Blanc, and Columbus.

Originally dreamt up with our west coast sweethearts @cellarmakerbrewing in San Francisco. Brewed with fresh lime zest and juice, coriander, cilantro, cracked black pepper, sea salt, and cumin, as well as ancho and pasilla chiles. Dry hopped with pungent Citra, and the always classy and zesty New Zealand Motueka.

Birdie

Birdie is a new IPA we’re brewing in collaboration with Ales for ALS, a non-profit charity that helps breweries create beers and donate the funding to ALS research! Birdie was brewed with a hearty malt bill mostly made up of 2-Row and all of our most pillowy oats. We were given an unbelievable batch of hops (Simcoe! Ekuanot! Loral! Talus! As well as three unnamed experimental hops) and decided these would pair perfectly with some Citra and Columbus for an easy drinking but bold little IPA.
Trendler New Zealand Pilsner
Brewed with all German Pilsner malt and hopped emphatically with Nelson Sauvin and Wai-iti, then judiciously dry hopped with Riwaka and Wai-iti. Fermented with our house lager yeast and cold-conditioned for many moons. 5.0%
Punge Cubed

Punge Cubed is the gnarliest iteration of Punge yet. We compiled a gargantuan malt bill of 2-Row and all the malted and flaked oats and added tons of Nelson and Motueka in the mash before hopping it with an absolutely ridiculous dry-hop of Nelson and Motueka. Punge Cubed was dry-hopped at a staggering 8.8 pounds of hops per barrel! It is both the biggest and the most aggressively hopped version of Punge we’ve ever done.

This one’s dedicated to our former office cat, Rosé! (Rosé now found a home with Torre, one of our long-time staff members.) Brewed with flaked oats and rice and spiced with a generous dose of hibiscus flowers. Conditioned on a puree of kalamansi and lemon, then dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo. We wish you good health and eternal youth, dear Rosé.

Brewed with the same fluffy malted oats as always, and hopped, as always, super aggressively with Cascade and Columbus. Dry hopped with the same huge dose of Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook we've come to love and then catapulted into oblivion with additional hits of Citra and an insane amount of Galaxy for the second and third dry hoppings.

Brewed with oats, lactose sugar, and wheat flour. Hopped intensely with Mosaic and Citra. Conditioned atop Madagascar vanilla beans, toasted coconut flakes, and a generous amount of delicious pineapple purée. Dreamt up in tandem with our main @Omnipollo dudes from all the way over in Stockholm, Sweden.
