The next in our annual experimental series of pilsners/lagers. Each year, we stray from the traditional pilsner/lager brewing processes and ingredients to explore where we can push the boundaries. This iteration is brewed with pilsner malt and blonde roast oats; using oats in this style is untraditional. We hopped it with Czech Saaz, commonly seen in pilsners, and American Comet, uncommonly seen in pilsners. This year is one of our best yet.
Notes of hay, honey green tea, and summertime.

Four Grain Saison. This beer represents the progression and evolution of our saison fermentation program. Ourison is our saison, SaisonHands, left to condition in oak and then allowed to fully express itself via a lengthy can conditioning period. The end result is a highly refined, snappy, and pungent beer that is one of the most simplistic and exciting iterations of saison that we have ever produced.
Notes of oak, bitter grape, and tart lemon.
Crushable Church

Inspired by all our love for Alien Church, this SUPER CRUSHABLE Reptoid IPA is brewed with oats, kettle hopped with Cascade and Columbus, and dry hopped with the choicest Mosaic, Citra, and Chinook.

Extra Vanilla Milkshake DIPA

One of our favorite killer riffs on our over-the-top Culinary IPA series. Brewed with a heavy amount of oats and lactose sugar. Hopped AND dry hopped intensely with Mosaic & Citra and then conditioned atop almost twice our usual amount of luscious Madagascar vanilla beans. Dreamt up with our forever loving friends Oomnipollo and carried forth into tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow.
Notes of vanilla ice cream, sugar cookie, bright stone fruit, citrus leaf, and guava pastry.

This one’s dedicated to our former office cat, Rosé! (Rosé now found a home with Torre, one of our long-time staff members.) Brewed with flaked oats and rice and spiced with a generous dose of hibiscus flowers. Conditioned on a puree of kalamansi and lemon, then dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo. We wish you good health and eternal youth, dear Rosé.
Notes of clementine zest, Campari spritz, pink grapefruit, tart cranberry, and Meyer lemon.

This quad IPA is another hooray for our 13th anniversary! Brewed with oats and 2 row. Hot side hopped with juicy Citra. Dry hopped in the fermenter with some NZ killers.. Riwaka, Wai-iti, and Pacific Jade. Conditioned on gobs and gobs of wildflower honey

HAPPY HAPPY 13th BIRTHDAY TO US! We are a teenager now! We brewed this anniversary beer with oats and 2 row, the core of most of our classic IPAs. Kettle hopped it with Columbus and our forever favorite, Simcoe. Hit the dry hop with Galaxy, Citra, and the brand new Krush hops. We then conditioned it on kalamansi and Madagascar vanilla beans. This one goes off with a bang, and a happy birthday song.
Notes of kalamansi soda, passionfruit tarts, and citrus ice cream.

This brew takes us back to our saison roots for our 13th anniversary. Never forget where you came from. =) Brewed with spelt, wheat, and 2 row barley. Hopped with Chinook and Simcoe on the hot side. Lightly dry hopped with pungent Mosaic. Conditioned on Mango and Lemon, then aged in oak for as long as we are old! (Jk, we didn't age this for 13 years.)

Notes of strawberry creamsicle, freshly baked shortcake, and of course, strawberry rhubarb pie from grandma.

Brewed with pilsner malt, as well as a tasteful flurry of German specialty and dark malts. Hopped assertively with German Hersbrucker from our buddies in Bavaria, fermented with our house lager yeast, and cold conditioned for four weeks. Extremely stark, restrained, and elegant, yet eminently crushable.
Notes of black tea, medium toast, cinnamon raisin, Ethiopian coffee, and fertile earth.

Brewed with soft 'n' fluffy oats and local wildflower honey. Fermented with our ~expressive~ house ale yeast and dry hopped aggressively with Citra and Nelson from our most recent selections in Washington and New Zealand. Double dry hopped hard with Galaxy and Mosaic.

Knuckle is our brand new crushable IPA. Like it's big brother Extra knuckle, this is a celebration of one of our favorite hops- Mosaic! This one starts with a base of 2-row and red wheat. Generously hopped in the kettle with Mosaic, Columbus, and Simcoe, then dry hopped with a heavy handed dose of Mosaic to highlight the complex flavors this strain brings to the table. Light, bright, and ultra flavorful.
Notes of Meyer Lemon, spruce tips, and slightly under ripe honeydew.
N/Alien Church
Introducing the first NON-ALCOHOLIC Tired Hands Beer! N/ALIEN CHURCH is the result of over a year of research and development to bring you the best possible tasting N/A IPA. Brewed with oats, experimental yeast, and the same hop bill as Alien Church, but DOUBLE the amount of hops to give the juicy citrus and tropical notes that we've all come to love.
Notes of lemon-lime soda, peach rings, drippy pineapple, and classic Alien Church!
Strawberry Milkshake IPA

The single milkshake version of the OG, first envisioned and brewed in 2015 with our space age cohorts from @Omnipollo. Constructed with oats, wheat, and lactose sugar, and conditioned atop a bounty of sticky n sweet strawberry purée. Further conditioned on a generous helping of Madagascar vanilla beans, and hopped and dry hopped intensely with fresh, hand selected Mosaic and Citra.

Further conditioned on a generous helping of Madagascar vanilla beans, then dry hopped intensely with hand selected Mosaic and Citra from the Northwestern US.
