Our all Citra double IPA, this time given the DDH treatment. A hyper hyper gluttonous, overly gratuitous, double dry hopped variant on one of our consistent favorite house beers. Brewed with heaps of flaked and malted oats and dry hopped intensely with mega-pungent Citra from our annual hop selections. Then hit with a secondary dry hopping of Motueka, and our forever favorite, Simcoe. Concise and absolutely crushing.
Notes of tangerine smoothies, mango water ice, and a piney, bountiful field of dank greenness to cure what’s ailing you.
DDH Oblivex (Simcoe)

DDH Oblivex (Simcoe) has risen from the grave. An extra-freaky, extra-undead variation on Oblivex, our MASSIVE electro-mummy docking station double IPA. Brewed to the same base recipe, with oats and spelt, and dry hopped with our best Citra and Amarillo, then secondarily dry hopped with a big ol' hit of lush Simcoe. This batch of DDH Oblivex is the absolute truth.

Extra Vanilla Milkshake DIPA

One of our favorite killer riffs on our over-the-top Culinary IPA series. Brewed with a heavy amount of oats and lactose sugar. Hopped AND dry hopped intensely with Mosaic & Citra and then conditioned atop almost twice our usual amount of luscious Madagascar vanilla beans. Dreamt up with our forever loving friends Oomnipollo and carried forth into tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow.
Notes of vanilla ice cream, sugar cookie, bright stone fruit, citrus leaf, and guava pastry.
Trendler Alt

Trendler Alt is the original Trendler bier, brewed as a dedication to Jean’s grandfather Joseph Trendler. Composed of German pilsner malt and a tasteful assortment of domestic and imported specialty malts, and delicately but meaningfully hopped with classic German varietals. Fermented with a yeast strain derived from our favorite Altbier producer from Düsseldorf, and lagered for 3 weeks. Annually released right before the Thanksgiving holiday because it’s never too early to give thanks.
Notes of oolong tea, toasted black walnut, light toast, and pomegranate molasses.

Hop Cream is our beloved marshmallow double IPA brewed with abundance of fluffy and ethereal oats of both the flaked and malted variety. Dry hopped enormously with Galaxy and Simcoe and then conditioned on a plentiful bounty of vegan marshmallow to even accentuate the creamy and fuzzy nature of this beer. We then obliterated this upon tons of buzzy, zippy pineapple puree.
Notes of pineapple whipped cream, tropical fluff, and pineapple cream popsicles.
Chocolate Covered Pretzel Only Void

Our newest take on our beloved imperial stout, Only Void. Built from a ton of dark and specialty malts, roasted barley, midnight wheat, chocolate malt, caramel malt, and light caramel malt. Wedded to a base of 2-row and oats to give this it's perfect dense body. Bittered with a tad of Chinook, as always. We then added real hard pretzels and rich chocolate right into the kettle! No more breath. No more hope. No more dawn. Only Void.

A new Café DIPA brewed with malted barley and a hefty amount of flaked oats for a soft mouth feel. Fermented with our house ale yeast and double dry hopped during fermentation with Simcoe Cryo, Ella, Galaxy and Chinook. THEN conditioned on heaps of coconut flakes and smashed gooseberries. Notes of papaya, coconut smoothie, underripe grape, and a hint of pinesap.

Our superbly sessionable baby stout straight from the heart of the Void! Brewed with a mini version of the malt mountain we use to brew Only Void, this lil' crusher is also hopped with a tiny bit of Chinook to provide a pleasing bitterness. It was then conditioned on the same fresh coffee we pour at our Fermentaria.
Notes of molasses, warm chocolate beignet, and Turkish coffee.

DDH Alien Church returns, this time with Citra and Galaxy! The intensely amplified and totally fuzzed out iteration of our Reptoid Alien with Photosynthesizing Tongue Oat IPA. Brewed with the same fluffy malted oats as always, and hopped, as always, super aggressively with Cascade and Columbus. Dry hopped with the same huge dose of the choicest Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook we’ve come to love and then blasted over the skull with a mountain of even more Citra and additional tropical, punchy, and hyper fresh Galaxy for the secondary dry hopping.
Notes of Georgia peach, ripe pineapple, and grapefruit zest.
Weedeater

Weedeater is our fresh and flowery double IPA. Ground from a grist of malted and flaked oats as well as American two row barley and hopped aggressively on the hot side with Ekuanot, Columbus, and Amarillo. Fermented with our expressive house ale yeast and absolutely lit-up with a massive dry hop of Citra, Ekuanot, Amarillo, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin.
Notes of tangelo haze, overripe papaya, and green, green, green, green grass.
Trendler Kölsch

A Kölsch-Style Lagerbier, this is an extremely simple beer brewed in the image of the provincial beers of Cologne, Germany. Composed of German base malts and a hop bill of all Hallertau Mittelfrüh, it's fermented on the warmer side of the Lager spectrum with a yeast derived from one of the better-known Kölsch breweries and cold conditioned for 3 weeks before packaging.
Notes of Niagara grapes, light hay, unripe peach, and white flowers.
