Our precious Pale Ale, now even more precious. Brewed with malted oats, as always, and hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo, as always. Then secondarily dry hopped with herbal and floral New Zealand Motueka. Hazy, juicy, and eminently crushable.
Notes of perfectly ripe papaya, basil lemonade, and pineapple zest.
Austere Modular 14

The next in our annual experimental series of pilsners/lagers. Each year, we stray from the traditional pilsner/lager brewing processes and ingredients to explore where we can push the boundaries. This iteration is brewed with pilsner malt and blonde roast oats; using oats in this style is untraditional. We hopped it with Czech Saaz, commonly seen in pilsners, and American Comet, uncommonly seen in pilsners. This year is one of our best yet.
Notes of hay, honey green tea, and summertime.
Trendler Oktoberfest

Composed with German pilsner malt and a selection of German specialty malts, as well as a sensible helping of Perle and Tettnang hops. Fermented with a yeast derived from one of our favorite Bavarian breweries, and cold conditioned in one of our stainless lager tanks.
Notes of buckwheat honey, Concord grape, and fresh pretzel dough.
Apple Cider Donut Milkshake DIPA

Apple Cider Donut Double Milkshake IPA is a blown out, hyper Autumnal riff on THE boundary-pushing Culinary IPA series, originally conceived with our psycho-sprititual cohorts at @Omnipollo. Brewed with soft 'n' fluffy oats and wheat, brown sugar and lactose sugar, and fermented with wholesome New York apple cider. Conditioned atop Madagascar vanilla beans and fresh ground cinnamon, and intensely dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra from our most recent selections.
Notes of freshly baked strudel, cream soda, tropical custard, candy apple, and graham cracker crust.
DDH Refreshing (Motueka)

Brewed with a grist of two row barley and flaked rice and fermented with our expressive house ale yeast. Dry hopped with plenty of the freshest Galaxy, Citra, and Lemondrop, then secondarily hit with a generous splash of Motueka. We find this beer simply Refreshing.
Notes of orange blossom water, drippy pineapple rings, and tangerine haze.
Impalation

Our newest brew spawned from the hearts and minds of our brewers. This one is built on a base of 2 row, oat malt, wheat malt, and Munich malt. Hopped in the kettle with Amarillo and Rakau hops. Impaled with a dry hopping of Nectaron Cryo, Amarillo, and Mosaic for a brash and unapologetic fruity-yet-bitter character. The Nectaron Cryo really sings here.
Notes of candied orange peel, pine sap, and sipping a Paloma while watching the sunset over the Carpathian Mountains.

Oblivex is our Funny Electro-Mummy Docking Station Citra & Amarillo Double IPA. Brewed with a huge grist of spelt and oats. Intensely hopped and dry hopped into a bright hellish oblivion with Citra & Amarillo. Delightfully creamy, pungent, and extremely citrusy.
Notes of drippy Jersey peach, Valencia orange juice, cantaloupe, and Meyer lemon.
Piña Colada Milkshake

Brewed with oats, lactose sugar, and wheat flour. Hopped intensely with Mosaic and Citra. Conditioned atop Madagascar vanilla beans, toasted coconut flakes, and a generous amount of delicious pineapple purée. Dreamt up in tandem with our main @Omnipollo dudes from all the way over in Stockholm, Sweden.
Notes of sweet coconut milk, Dole Whip, and your favorite beachy drink.

A house favorite, this time hit with the triple dry hop! Brewed with an abundance of oats and fermented with our expressive house ale yeast. Hopped and dry hopped with bright and pungent Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. THEN we double and triple dry hopped it with Citra & Galaxy. PUNGE is PUNGE is PUNGE is PUNGE is now PUNGIER.
Notes of cotton candy grapes, tangy Mandarin orange, watermelon candies, fir needles, and musky green melon.

Death Tripper is our exxtra Galaxy IPA and it’s back from a too long slumber. Originally brewed way back at our humble BrewCafé, Death Tripper is built on a hill of fluffy flaked and malted oats and a touch of wheat. We hopped and dry hopped this batch (and every batch) with out-of-this-world Galaxy and a small dose of Simcoe! Take a Trip!

One of our favorite killer riffs on our over-the-top Culinary IPA series. Brewed with a heavy amount of oats and lactose sugar. Hopped AND dry hopped intensely with Mosaic & Citra and then conditioned atop almost twice our usual amount of luscious Madagascar vanilla beans. Dreamt up with our forever loving friends Oomnipollo and carried forth into tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow.

Little Log Cabin: Floating In The Creek

We brewed this sweet little number with an overflowing mash tun of malted barley and flaked oats. Hopped on the hot side with Chinook then triple dry hopped with loads of Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Cashmere. Pillowy and soft.
