Trendler Pilsner

Brewed with all German Pilsner malt and hopped emphatically with Spalter Select and a tiny touch of Perle. Fermented with our house lager yeast and cold conditioned for many moons. As always, we brew this beer for Jean’s grandfather, Joseph Trendler, but make enough of it to share with everyone!
Notes of jasmine flower, white grape, light biscuit dough, green tea, and hay.
Crushable Void

Crushable Only Void is our slimmed down and slammable version of our imperial stout, Only Void. Loaded with a mini version of it’s big brother’s malt bill, Crushable Void is all of the flavor of an imperial stout with less than half the punch. 4.5%

Ourison

Four Grain Saison. This beer represents the progression and evolution of our saison fermentation program. Ourison is our saison, SaisonHands, left to condition in oak and then allowed to fully express itself via a lengthy can conditioning period. The end result is a highly refined, snappy, and pungent beer that is one of the most simplistic and exciting iterations of saison that we have ever produced.
Notes of oak, bitter grape, and tart lemon.
Apple Cider Donut Milkshake DIPA

Apple Cider Donut Double Milkshake IPA is a blown out, hyper Autumnal riff on THE boundary-pushing Culinary IPA series, originally conceived with our psycho-sprititual cohorts at @Omnipollo. Brewed with soft 'n' fluffy oats and wheat, brown sugar and lactose sugar, and fermented with wholesome New York apple cider. Conditioned atop Madagascar vanilla beans and fresh ground cinnamon, and intensely dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra from our most recent selections.
Notes of freshly baked strudel, cream soda, tropical custard, candy apple, and graham cracker crust.
DDH Found A Scythe (Idaho 7/Sabro)

Our first DDH'd variant of Found A Scythe has been hopped heavy! Brewed with a nice portion of red wheat malt and hopped with Nelson Sauvin, as always, to hit that sticky/drippy/sappy character. Double dry hopped with Idaho 7 and Sabro to make it even stickier.
Notes of sweet pink cotton candy, orange tea popsicles, and mugolio glaze.
DDH Oblivex (Citra/Galaxy)

An extra freaky, extra undead variation on Oblivex, our MASSIVE electro-mummy double IPA. Brewed to the same base recipe, with oats and spelt, and dry hopped with our best Citra and Amarillo, then secondarily dry hopped with even more Citra and a dash of Galaxy.
Notes of lemon frozen yogurt, Trolli Peachie O's, and stone fruit punch.
Pumpkin Chai Latte Milkshake

Originally dreamt up with our second family at Omnipollo. Brewed with eye-rollingly seasonal pumpkin puree, kushy flaked oats, wheat, and a generous dose of lactose sugar. Intensely dry hopped with hand selected Citra and Mosaic,. Conditioned atop a melange of sweet Madagascar vanilla beans, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and a splash of black tea.
Notes of fresh orange zest, caramel apple, sweet potato casserole, afternoon tea, and chai ice cream.

Austere Modular 14

The next in our annual experimental series of pilsners/lagers. Each year, we stray from the traditional pilsner/lager brewing processes and ingredients to explore where we can push the boundaries. This iteration is brewed with pilsner malt and blonde roast oats; using oats in this style is untraditional. We hopped it with Czech Saaz, commonly seen in pilsners, and American Comet, uncommonly seen in pilsners. This year is one of our best yet.
Notes of hay, honey green tea, and summertime.

This is a DDH’d version is one of our most enduring IPAs, now given an intensive double dry hop. Brewed with pillowy oats and aromatic local wildflower honey. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo, then secondarily hit with more Simcoe and a dose of Citra.
Notes of sweet orange water ice, wildflower honey overnight oats, and candied pine nuts.
Extra Vanilla Milkshake DIPA

One of our favorite killer riffs on our over-the-top Culinary IPA series. Brewed with a heavy amount of oats and lactose sugar. Hopped AND dry hopped intensely with Mosaic & Citra and then conditioned atop almost twice our usual amount of luscious Madagascar vanilla beans. Dreamt up with our forever loving friends Oomnipollo and carried forth into tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow.

Brewed with our simple seltzer base and fermented in stainless steel tanks for that crispy clean flavor. We then added a boatload of ginger-lime puree before cold conditioning. Juicier than your average seltzer! 6.3%

Little Log Cabin: Good Friend

Good Friend is a triple dry hopped Galaxy and Citra triple IPA. It’s our "You've always been there for me, and I want to thank you!" beer. We brewed this one with mountains of fluffy oats, both malted and flaked, then triple dry hopped this Good Friend with really nice Australian Galaxy and All American Citra. Very fluffy and light for such a big beer.
Notes of watermelon mochi, grilled peaches, and beers with the besties.

Mango Milkshake is the surprisingly elusive variation on our boundary-pushing Culinary IPA theme, originally dreamt up with our best buds over at @omnipollo. Brewed with a hefty amount of luscious oats, wheat, and lactose sugar. Fermented with quite a bit of sweet 'n' sticky mango purée, and conditioned atop Madagascar vanilla beans. Hopped and dry hopped with the very choicest Mosaic and Citra from our selections out West. We’ve been wanting to reprise this variant for a long time and couldn’t be happier to finally see it return!
