Good Friend is a triple dry hopped Galaxy and Citra triple IPA. It’s our "You've always been there for me, and I want to thank you!" beer. We brewed this one with mountains of fluffy oats, both malted and flaked, then triple dry hopped this Good Friend with really nice Australian Galaxy and All American Citra. Very fluffy and light for such a big beer.
DDH Pineal (Citra/Simcoe)

This is a DDH’d version is one of our most enduring IPAs, now given an intensive double dry hop. Brewed with pillowy oats and aromatic local wildflower honey. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo, then secondarily hit with more Simcoe and a dose of Citra.

TAB TAB TAB is our latest double IPA, and boy, this is a hoppy one! It starts with a base of 2 row, oat malt, and wheat malt. Hopped in the kettle with Amarillo, and then blasted with a monstrous dry hop of Mosaic, Rakau, Galaxy, and Citra! The hop bill on this one lends a little more bite than usual- Citra and Galaxy bring the juice, Rakau adds stone fruit depth, Mosaic ties it all together.

Built from the bones of its smaller counterpart (the single IPA Extra Knuckle,) containing a touch of wheat and a murderous amount of Mosaic. Advanced Science of Cataclysmic Hop Levels is our latest collective consciousness collab with Equilibrium Brewery — and this one is straight up WILD. Built on a hefty malt bill of 2 row, torrefied wheat, oat malt, flaked oats & wheat, and chit malt, then kettle-hopped with Enigma and Citra Cryo, and dry-hopped with Citra, Nelson, Motueka, and Wai-Iti. But we didn’t stop there — we added a touch of BrewGas OG Kush terpenes for that sticky, dank edge. The result: a resin-drenched flavor bomb.

Brewed in late Spring 2019. Composed of 50% domestic raw white wheat. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip atop chamomile, oranges, and grapefruit. Co-fermented with a classic witbier yeast and native Chester County flora. Fermented in French oak puncheons for roughly two years. Further conditioned atop fresh pomelo, grapefruit, and oranges. Bottled in 2021. 6.5%

Brewed with a plethora of specialty malts as well as 20 loaves of our house-made bread, PA Grade B maple syrup, lactose, chanterelles and toasted sunflower seeds. Fermented and conditioned in some of our most expressive oak wine barrels for many moons with our Emptiness Saison yeast strain.

Brewed in January 2019 with domestic Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and malted oats. Generously hopped in the whirlpool with aged whole leaf hops. Primarily fermented in an open-top tank tank with our Magickal Saison yeast. Secondarily fermented in a Vin Santo cask with our house cultures for over a year. Bottled in May 2020. Refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. 6.6%

Our good yule saison! Brewed with some of our special malted wheat and hopped with Cascade. Fermented in a large oak foudre with Magickal Saison yeast and then conditioned with our house microflora for a natural carbonation.

Care Too Much is an ale aged in oak and double dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Brewed in September 2021 and primarily fermented in oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Bottled in March 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation.
