Only Void returns. Our Imperial Stout is built from a literal ton of dark and specialty malts. Roasted barley, midnight wheat, chocolate malt, caramel malt, and light caramel malt, wedded to a base of 2-row and oat give this stout an unbelievably rich, full body. Bittered, as always, with a touch of Chinook. Dark, bold, and uncompromising. Only Void is here to swallow the light. No more breath. No more hope. No more dawn. Only Void.

Trendler Alt

Trendler Alt is the original Trendler bier, brewed as a dedication to Jean’s grandfather Joseph Trendler. Composed of German pilsner malt and a tasteful assortment of domestic and imported specialty malts, and delicately but meaningfully hopped with classic German varietals. Fermented with a yeast strain derived from our favorite Altbier producer from Düsseldorf, and lagered for 3 weeks. Annually released right before the Thanksgiving holiday because it’s never too early to give thanks.
Trendler Schwarzbier

Brewed with pilsner malt, as well as a tasteful flurry of German specialty and dark malts. Hopped assertively with German Hersbrucker from our buddies in Bavaria, fermented with our house lager yeast, and cold conditioned for four weeks. Extremely stark, restrained, and elegant, yet eminently crushable.
Ourison

Four Grain Saison. This beer represents the progression and evolution of our saison fermentation program. Ourison is our saison, SaisonHands, left to condition in oak and then allowed to fully express itself via a lengthy can conditioning period. The end result is a highly refined, snappy, and pungent beer that is one of the most simplistic and exciting iterations of saison that we have ever produced.
Notes of oak, bitter grape, and tart lemon.

Brewed with tons of drippy lychee and bundles and bundles of fragrant lemongrass. Hopped with Galaxy and Columbus before being bashed into pink mist with a dry hopping of Galaxy and Amarillo.
Hop Cream

Brewed with abundance of oats, of both the flaked and malted variety. Fermented with our house ale yeast and dry hopped heavily with Simcoe and Galaxy. Conditioned on tons of fluffy vegan marshmallow.
Extra Vanilla Milkshake DIPA

One of our favorite killer riffs on our over-the-top Culinary IPA series. Brewed with a heavy amount of oats and lactose sugar. Hopped AND dry hopped intensely with Mosaic & Citra and then conditioned atop almost twice our usual amount of luscious Madagascar vanilla beans. Dreamt up with our forever loving friends Oomnipollo and carried forth into tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow.

2025 marks our second brew of this iteration of our crowd favorite imperial stout, Only Void, this time given the tiramisu treatment! Brewed with a base of 2-row and oat, midnight wheat, roasted barley, chocolate malt, caramel malt, and light caramel malt, and hopped with Chinook. Then dosed with rich chocolate, coffee beans, fragrant vanilla, lady fingers, and a touch of lactose for that rich mouthfeel. Our brewers are proud of this one!

Brewed on a truly massive malt bill (literally triple the amount of what goes into a single Milkshake) to achieve the mouthfeel and high ABV. Dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic and then conditioned on chocolate, marshmallows, vanilla beans, and lactose sugar.

Brewed in late Spring 2019. Composed of 50% domestic raw white wheat. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip atop chamomile, oranges, and grapefruit. Co-fermented with a classic witbier yeast and native Chester County flora. Fermented in French oak puncheons for roughly two years. Further conditioned atop fresh pomelo, grapefruit, and oranges. Bottled in 2021. 6.5%
Fantasy Moth

Brewed in January 2019 with domestic Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and malted oats. Generously hopped in the whirlpool with aged whole leaf hops. Primarily fermented in an open-top tank tank with our Magickal Saison yeast. Secondarily fermented in a Vin Santo cask with our house cultures for over a year. Bottled in May 2020. Refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. 6.6%
Fungus Journey
Brewed with a plethora of specialty malts as well as 20 loaves of our house-made bread, PA Grade B maple syrup, lactose, chanterelles and toasted sunflower seeds. Fermented and conditioned in some of our most expressive oak wine barrels for many moons with our Emptiness Saison yeast strain.
