FEELS GOOD is a brand new offering from our sister brewery, Little Log Cabin. This one is built on a base of 2 row, oat malt, and flaked oats. Hopped on the hot side with Columbus and Krush hops, then dry hopped with even more tangy and tropical Krush! It's then hit with a bit of lactose for that nice comfy mouthfeel we all know and love.

Our superbly sessionable baby stout straight from the heart of the Void! Brewed with a mini version of the malt mountain we use to brew Only Void, this lil' crusher is also hopped with a tiny bit of Chinook to provide a pleasing bitterness. It was then conditioned on the same fresh coffee we pour at our Fermentaria.

Our all Citra double IPA, this time given the DDH treatment. A hyper hyper gluttonous, overly gratuitous, double dry hopped variant on one of our consistent favorite house beers. Brewed with heaps of flaked and malted oats and dry hopped intensely with mega-pungent Citra from our annual hop selections. Then hit with a secondary dry hopping of Motueka, and our forever favorite, Simcoe. Concise and absolutely crushing.

This Is The Path Of Totality is our 12th anniversary triple dry hopped quadruple IPA! The base of this brew is an absolute mountain of 2 row, oat and flaked oats. Then it's zapped with a TRIPLE dry hop; once with Citra, once with our old favorite Simcoe, and once with super tropical and fruity New Zealand Necatron. Our newest take on our beloved imperial stout, Only Void. Built from a ton of dark and specialty malts, roasted barley, midnight wheat, chocolate malt, caramel malt, and light caramel malt. Wedded to a base of 2-row and oats to give this it's perfect dense body. Bittered with a tad of Chinook, as always. We then added real hard pretzels and rich chocolate right into the kettle! Trendler Alt is the original Trendler bier, brewed as a dedication to Jean’s grandfather Joseph Trendler. Composed of German pilsner malt and a tasteful assortment of domestic and imported specialty malts, and delicately but meaningfully hopped with classic German varietals. Fermented with a yeast strain derived from our favorite Altbier producer from Düsseldorf, and lagered for 3 weeks. Annually released right before the Thanksgiving holiday because it’s never too early to give thanks.

Brewed with the same fluffy malted oats as always, and hopped, as always, super aggressively with Cascade and Columbus. Dry hopped with the same huge dose of the choicest Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook we’ve come to love and then blasted over the skull with a mountain of even more Citra and additional tropical, punchy, and hyper fresh Galaxy for the secondary dry hopping.

Entirely spontaneously fermented and aged in freshly emptied wine puncheons for one year. Then transferred into two new puncheons containing a combined total of one ton of local yellow peaches. Our good yule saison! First brewed for the winter holidaze, but didn't quite make it to the shelves until early January. This batch was brewed in July of 2022 with some of our special malted wheat and hopped with Cascade. Fermented in a large oak foudre with Magickal Saison yeast and then bottle conditioned since October of 2022 with our house microflora for a natural carbonation. 9.2%
Fungus Journey
Brewed with a plethora of specialty malts as well as 20 loaves of our house-made bread, PA Grade B maple syrup, lactose, chanterelles and toasted sunflower seeds. Fermented and conditioned in some of our most expressive oak wine barrels for many moons with our Emptiness Saison yeast strain.
