DDH Alien Church returns, this time with Citra and Galaxy! The intensely amplified and totally fuzzed out iteration of our Reptoid Alien with Photosynthesizing Tongue Oat IPA. Brewed with the same fluffy malted oats as always, and hopped, as always, super aggressively with Cascade and Columbus. Dry hopped with the same huge dose of the choicest Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook we’ve come to love and then blasted over the skull with a mountain of even more Citra and additional tropical, punchy, and hyper fresh Galaxy for the secondary dry hopping.

Milkshake DIPA - 7.6% - Pineapple Sticky Shake is our latest and dankest concoction- a cannabis inspired milkshake DIPA, featuring the latest in terpene technology to bring the headiest possible flavors, without any actual cannabis! Brewed with a classic base of 2 row, oat malt, flaked oat, wheat malt, and lactose sugar. Dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic, like all our shakes. Double dry hopped with some NZ Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. We then added a healthy dose of Madagascar vanilla beans, as usual, but here's where it gets interesting.. we threw in a boatload of pineapple puree and some Pineapple Express terpenes (no THC, sorry!)

Hopped and dry hopped with only the freshest Citra hops from the West Coast. Concise, and absolutely CRUSHABLE.
Little Log Cabin: Floating In The Creek

We brewed this sweet little number with an overflowing mash tun of malted barley and flaked oats. Hopped on the hot side with Chinook then triple dry hopped with loads of Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Cashmere. Pillowy and soft.
Impalation

Our newest brew spawned from the hearts and minds of our brewers. This one is built on a base of 2 row, oat malt, wheat malt, and Munich malt. Hopped in the kettle with Amarillo and Rakau hops. Impaled with a dry hopping of Nectaron Cryo, Amarillo, and Mosaic for a brash and unapologetic fruity-yet-bitter character. The Nectaron Cryo really sings here.

The next in our annual experimental series of pilsners/lagers. Each year, we stray from the traditional pilsner/lager brewing processes and ingredients to explore where we can push the boundaries. This iteration is brewed with pilsner malt and blonde roast oats; using oats in this style is untraditional. We hopped it with Czech Saaz, commonly seen in pilsners, and American Comet, uncommonly seen in pilsners. This year is one of our best yet.

This Is The Path Of Totality is our 12th anniversary triple dry hopped quadruple IPA! The base of this brew is an absolute mountain of 2 row, oat and flaked oats. Then it's zapped with a TRIPLE dry hop; once with Citra, once with our old favorite Simcoe, and once with super tropical and fruity New Zealand Necatron. This is a big, full bodied QIPA, not for the faint of heart!

Mango Milkshake is the surprisingly elusive variation on our boundary-pushing Culinary IPA theme, originally dreamt up with our best buds over at @omnipollo. Brewed with a hefty amount of luscious oats, wheat, and lactose sugar. Fermented with quite a bit of sweet 'n' sticky mango purée, and conditioned atop Madagascar vanilla beans. Hopped and dry hopped with the very choicest Mosaic and Citra from our selections out West. We’ve been wanting to reprise this variant for a long time and couldn’t be happier to finally see it return!

Good Friend is a triple dry hopped Galaxy and Citra triple IPA. It’s our "You've always been there for me, and I want to thank you!" beer. We brewed this one with mountains of fluffy oats, both malted and flaked, then triple dry hopped this Good Friend with really nice Australian Galaxy and All American Citra. Very fluffy and light for such a big beer.
Pumpkin Chai Latte Milkshake

Originally dreamt up with our second family at Omnipollo. Brewed with eye-rollingly seasonal pumpkin puree, kushy flaked oats, wheat, and a generous dose of lactose sugar. Intensely dry hopped with hand selected Citra and Mosaic,. Conditioned atop a melange of sweet Madagascar vanilla beans, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and a splash of black tea.
DDH Found A Scythe (Idaho 7/Sabro)

Our first DDH'd variant of Found A Scythe has been hopped heavy! Brewed with a nice portion of red wheat malt and hopped with Nelson Sauvin, as always, to hit that sticky/drippy/sappy character. Double dry hopped with Idaho 7 and Sabro to make it even stickier.

This is a DDH’d version is one of our most enduring IPAs, now given an intensive double dry hop. Brewed with pillowy oats and aromatic local wildflower honey. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo, then secondarily hit with more Simcoe and a dose of Citra.

Brewed in late Spring 2019. Composed of 50% domestic raw white wheat. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip atop chamomile, oranges, and grapefruit. Co-fermented with a classic witbier yeast and native Chester County flora. Fermented in French oak puncheons for roughly two years. Further conditioned atop fresh pomelo, grapefruit, and oranges. Bottled in 2021. 6.5%
Fungus Journey
Brewed with a plethora of specialty malts as well as 20 loaves of our house-made bread, PA Grade B maple syrup, lactose, chanterelles and toasted sunflower seeds. Fermented and conditioned in some of our most expressive oak wine barrels for many moons with our Emptiness Saison yeast strain.
Fantasy Moth

Brewed in January 2019 with domestic Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and malted oats. Generously hopped in the whirlpool with aged whole leaf hops. Primarily fermented in an open-top tank tank with our Magickal Saison yeast. Secondarily fermented in a Vin Santo cask with our house cultures for over a year. Bottled in May 2020. Refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. 6.6%

Our good yule saison! Brewed with some of our special malted wheat and hopped with Cascade. Fermented in a large oak foudre with Magickal Saison yeast and then conditioned with our house microflora for a natural carbonation.

Care Too Much is an ale aged in oak and double dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Brewed in September 2021 and primarily fermented in oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Bottled in March 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. 7.0%
