Another bright and pungent installment of THE boundary-pushing Culinary IPA series, conceived and composed in perpetual psychic dialog with our forever friends at @omnipollo. Built, as always, on a hulking pillow of oats and wheat, as well as lactose sugar and Madagascar vanilla beans. Conditioned atop a vibrant puree of ripe pink guava. Intensely hopped and dry hopped with hand selected and extra punchy Mosaic and Citra.

High Road is our righteous double IPA. NO IDEA IS ORIGINAL. Brewed with malted spelt and a touch of caramel malt. LIFE IS A MIRROR OF CONFUSION. Hopped in the kettle with Citra and Simcoe. NEGATIVITY IS A PRISON. Dry hopped aggressively with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Centennial from our annual selection trip out West. TAKE THE HIGH ROAD.

Our American Pale Ale. Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and eminently crushable. Our precious Pale Ale.
Ourison

Four Grain Saison. This beer represents the progression and evolution of our saison fermentation program. Ourison is our saison, SaisonHands, left to condition in oak and then allowed to fully express itself via a lengthy can conditioning period. The end result is a highly refined, snappy, and pungent beer that is one of the most simplistic and exciting iterations of saison that we have ever produced.
Notes of oak, bitter grape, and tart lemon.
Extra Vanilla Milkshake DIPA

One of our favorite killer riffs on our over-the-top Culinary IPA series. Brewed with a heavy amount of oats and lactose sugar. Hopped AND dry hopped intensely with Mosaic & Citra and then conditioned atop almost twice our usual amount of luscious Madagascar vanilla beans. Dreamt up with our forever loving friends Oomnipollo and carried forth into tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow.
Strawberry Milkshake IPA

The single milkshake version of the OG, first envisioned and brewed in 2015 with our space age cohorts from @Omnipollo. Constructed with oats, wheat, and lactose sugar, and conditioned atop a bounty of sticky n sweet strawberry purée. Further conditioned on a generous helping of Madagascar vanilla beans, and hopped and dry hopped intensely with fresh, hand selected Mosaic and Citra.
Limoncello Milkshake

Another funky and blissed out installment in our genre-defining culinary IPA series with @Omnipollo! Like all of our delicious Milkshake IPAs, we brewed this one with a heavy bill packed with oats, wheat, and lactose sugar. Hopped with the almighty combo of Citra and Mosaic. We then hit this beer with a monstrous double dose of bursting Madagascar vanilla beans and a truly unwise amount of bold and flavorful lemon puree.

Knuckle

Knuckle is our brand new crushable IPA. Like it's big brother Extra knuckle, this is a celebration of one of our favorite hops- Mosaic! This one starts with a base of 2-row and red wheat. Generously hopped in the kettle with Mosaic, Columbus, and Simcoe, then dry hopped with a heavy handed dose of Mosaic to highlight the complex flavors this strain brings to the table. Light, bright, and ultra flavorful.

Brewed to be our simple, everyday stout. Constructed from a base of British Maris Otter malt, as well as a selection of very dark malts. Hopped gently with Chinook. Austere and inviting.

Our Refreshing Double IPA. An update of one of our favorite Double IPAs, now even more refreshing! Brewed with a bit of oats and fermented very dry with our house ale yeast. Dry hopped with plenty of Galaxy, Citra and Lemon Drop. We find this beer simple. We find this beer refreshing.
DDH Technicolor Splendor (Simcoe)

Our psychedelic and dreamy Simcoe double IPA now amplified with an extra Simcoe hopping in the fermenter. Built on a soft bed of melted spelt and hopped with a double dose of our forever favorite hop, Simcoe, pulled from our most recent selections from Yakima, WA. Then bashed again with another double dose of pungent Simcoe for the dry hop. It's our two tiered love letter to one of the greatest hops of all time.

Our ever/never changing West Coast IPA has returned with a freshly tweaked recipe. Built with 2-row and delicious Weyermann Vienna malt and hopped with Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Mosaic, and dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic, Static Image is brewed to embrace the dryness and pleasant bitterness of the true West Coast classics.
Trendler Schwarzbier

Brewed with pilsner malt, as well as a tasteful flurry of German specialty and dark malts. Hopped assertively with German Hersbrucker from our buddies in Bavaria, fermented with our house lager yeast, and cold conditioned for four weeks. Extremely stark, restrained, and elegant, yet eminently crushable.

Brewed with all German Pilsner malt and hopped emphatically with Spalter Select and a tiny touch of Perle. Fermented with our house lager yeast and cold conditioned for many moons. As always, we brew this beer for Jean’s grandfather, Joseph Trendler, but make enough of it to share with everyone!

This bright and pungent saison is brewed with malted and raw wheat and local wildflower honey from our friends at Fruitwood Orchards in New Jersey. Primarily fermented in stainless with our Magickal Saison yeast before being transferred for conditioning in a large French oak fourdre atop our house mixed culture. TONS of honey in this batch! 6.5%

Care Too Much is an ale aged in oak and double dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Brewed in September 2021 and primarily fermented in oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Bottled in March 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. 7.0%

Plumage is an ale aged in oak, conditioned on plums, and double dry hopped with Vic Secret. Brewed in March of 2022 primarily fermented in an oak foudre with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Bottled in July of 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. 7.6%

Brewed in late Spring 2019. Composed of 50% domestic raw white wheat. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip atop chamomile, oranges, and grapefruit. Co-fermented with a classic witbier yeast and native Chester County flora. Fermented in French oak puncheons for roughly two years. Further conditioned atop fresh pomelo, grapefruit, and oranges. Bottled in 2021. 6.5%
Fantasy Moth

Brewed in January 2019 with domestic Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and malted oats. Generously hopped in the whirlpool with aged whole leaf hops. Primarily fermented in an open-top tank tank with our Magickal Saison yeast. Secondarily fermented in a Vin Santo cask with our house cultures for over a year. Bottled in May 2020. Refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. 6.6%
Fungus Journey
Brewed with a plethora of specialty malts as well as 20 loaves of our house-made bread, PA Grade B maple syrup, lactose, chanterelles and toasted sunflower seeds. Fermented and conditioned in some of our most expressive oak wine barrels for many moons with our Emptiness Saison yeast strain.
