This is our Pennsylvania Corn Lagerbier brewed with German Pilsner malt and whole cobs of grilled sweet corn roasted right in our kitchen! Lightly hopped with Hüll Melon and fermented with our house lager yeast, then cold conditioned on fresh lime zest and sea salt. Undeniable and fun. Notes of perfumey lime zest, mineral water, fresh corn, unripe peach, and high summer. 3.9% abv.
